How do you do the URL for to get a Advertar from another site or my pictures I tried but couldn't get it someone help !!!!!

This topic is in the wrong place. But I'll try and help you.

To get the URL of a picture on another site, right click that picture with your mouse and then select properties from the menu that drops down. A little window should open with that picture's URL listed.

However if you wish to use a picture from your computer as an avatar, then you would probably be better off hosting it somewhere. The best site I have been told about for that is http://www.imageshack.us
