Silly little doodle

The recent news that Edvard Munch's Masterpiece The Scream was stolen by masked gunmen and the school holidays my young daughter is enjoying has inspired this silly little doodle.

Trust me I know just how Splinter feels in this picture

:lol: Eeee! That's awesome! The Scream is my all time favorite painting (I used to have a t-shirt with it, but the shirt got worn out :( ), and that is absolutely terrific. Poor Splinter (hee).

I was totally mortified to hear that a version of The Scream (there's four in all, though before this story, I only knew of two) was stolen. Another version of it was stolen in 1994 but turned up again three months later. I'm not sure what version of the painting was stolen, but I think it was a b&w line drawing entitled 'The Shriek' - but I only suspect this because they briefly showed a picture of The Shriek on the news; they could have just been using it as an example. *shrug* I guess we can only hope it turns up again in a few months, like the other one did. (Argh! And the bastards cut it out of the frame and rolled it up! Can we say 'irreversible damage'??)
