Hello there, I don't know if you ever heard about that book, or the author. I for one haven't until I was forced to read that book for my final exams in summer. English exam that is.

Billy Pilgrim has come unstuck in time.

And therefore he is travelling back and forth in time without any control over his travels. He is in WWII, a war prisoner in Dresden where he meets the author of this book, then he gets back to Ilium, his home where he spends the rest of his days.

It is actually a weird biography. The weirdest biography I've seen up to now. for one thing, Billy's bio doesn't follow the usual pattern, it's just random. And there's no explanation for his weird travels. You might say that this guy is for real, because there is no way you could proove it for he is always himself in the time he travels to, and because you are reading a somewhat science-fictionish novel. If there wasn't Tralfamadore.

So it goes. Po-tee-weet.

oh jeez, I know him. We read "breakfast of champions" last year. Most unusual book I'd ever seen. It was told in a way, along with pictures, as if it was a book for someone who was never on Earth before, like an alien or something. Really... Really odd book.

He had these pictures in Slaughterhouse 5 too. Sometimes they were part of the story, sometimes they weren't. Also a very odd component of the book.

Is "Breakfast of champions" good? I am actually short from buying Timequake. Damn you, english teacher, you hooked me on something... again! :D

I dunno why, but when I clicked on the thread, it made me think of Splatterhouse. I was like "They're making comics?"

But its not the same....eff
