TMNT In Costa Rica

-The title kinda explains it all, but the Turtles decided to vacation after they 'supposably' defeated the Shredder. They highjack a plane-just kidding. They get into the cockpit, and that's how they get down there. I'm joining as my new RPG char Kawanaha. All the originals ARE NOT taken so feel free to join me :). Here's Kawanaha's info:

-I'll start us off:

On a warm, summer day, a figure darted through the water, blurry when it swan by. With its muscular legs it throtled its way through the clear, warm waters of Costa Rica. Up close it looked like a giant Hawksbill sea turtle, femine features abounded. Her shell was small, by tough, her eyes blue as the dark depths of the ocean. Her smile, though was famished. She had no reason to smile.

Her family, including her mother, father, and siblings passed away when they were exposed to this glowing ooze, out of a TCRI capsule. Mutated into human sized, the young female was the only one who survived the mutation. As they say, 'only the strong survive'. In her case, 'only the headstrong survive'.

"Geez," Angel whined, "This place is hot." The group had just landed on Costa Rica.

"What did you expect, snow?" Raphael joked, as they hid behind a large pile of boxes. Angel snorted at Raph's comment, flapping the large wings a bit, before laying them down again.

"I'm gonna have to shave all the fur off..." she joked back, feeling her paws soake in sweat, "You know what, I'd say we'd go searching for the beach..."

She drifted effortessly to the shore, her chestnut hair wavering in the current. A shark tooth necklace hung from her neck, and a shark tooth ankle bracelet dangled around her left ankle, showing her tangle with a shark not long ago. SHe still have scars from that. Swimming steadily towards the surface, she lifted herself onto an abandoned dock, looking out into the ocean blue, the sparkle in her deep blue eyes disappeared, leaving them dull and lifeless.

amy had landed her dads jetplane on the beach out came a happy amy she loved going on trips it was the only to get away from her dad amy loved getting out of the states for a while and costa rica was well worth the trip amy tought i`ll make some friends while im here my dad do`s not know where his jetplane is oh well amy got her towel and sunscreen out it was a good day to get some sun in

Her name was Hawaiian, for her mother lived in the seas around the Hawaiian Islands, until she met her father on one of her long-trip excursions. Her name was Kawanaha, long but pure in the simplest of ways. Instead of her original name she was often called Ana, by her friends, if she had any, that is.

Letting her legs dangle in the water, Ana fiddled with her shark tooth necklace, a symbol of her survival. Her hair was tied low, letting the her hair to flow naturally in the midday breezes. Lone hairs fell in front of her face, Ana not bothering to push them away. Her mind was just, too full in thoughts.

Angel and Raphael had sneaked down to the beach, looking around them. There were no humans in sight, as Angel happily darted towards the water and jumped into the cold, refreshing sea. Her hair and fur laid close towards her skin, as she lifted her head to look at her turtle friend. Her large fluffy tail looked even bigger in the water.

"Come on, the water's great," she called out, eyeing Raph. He had his gaze towards a dock in the horizon, looking at a very small figure. He shaked his head, pushing the thought away. He could have sweared the figure looked like a turtle.

"Alright, I'm coming," he replied, looking around again to reasure himself that they were alone...

[-Savannah-]

At the corner of her eye, Ana caught the sight of a... turtle?! "He's a turtle? Just like ME?!" she thought, confused suddenly, having nothing to do but to have a closer look. Diving gracefully into the glistening water, she dived to the bottom, seeing shadows in the water up ahead. One shadow she saw was farther out in the ocean, but it didn't look like a giant turtle or even a human. "A shark!?" she gasped watching it wearily.

Raph was about to enter the water, his senses suddenly tinkling. Something was wrong. He looked further out on the water, suddenly seeing a shadow move under the water.

"Angel," he cried, "Get out of the water! NOW!!!" Angel blinked a few times and looked in Raph's direction. Being closer, she quickly recognized the shape of the shark. With a gasp, she spun around and tried to swim towards the shore, though she wasn't a very fast swimmer. Her wings held her back, and she couldn't fly out of the water, when the wings were wet.

'I'm dead,' she thought to herself, knowing she could easily be mistaken for a seal with her tail waving behind her.

[-Savannah-]

The shark neared Angel, opening its jaws. "Oh no you don't!" shouted Ana, swimming with amazing speed, jabbing it hard in it gills. The shark eyed her before switching his attack towards her. It opened its immense jaws wider, its fins swishing back and forth. Ana just stayed there not moving, readying for the right moment to dodge.

Raphael jumped into the water, grabbing Angel by the wrist and pulled her up with him. Angel's arm's were filled with electric energy, almost making the turtle let go of his grip in pyre surprise. Finally out of the water, Angel landed on her knees in the sand with Raph beside her.

"Why didn't you just fry that thing?" he asked, referring to her special powers. She looked up with a stare.

"What? I would've hurted the other animals in the water," she responded. Raph snorted, not thinking that it was a good enough reason, but that was how the feline thought. Hurting innocent animals was the last thing she would ever do... The looked back to the water, seeing the shark turn around.

"What now?" Angel mumbled, not having seen Ana attak the shark.

[-Savannah-]

When the shark almost grabbed her with its jaws, Ana dodged him, but she didn't see its tail edging for her. Yelping in surprise when it hit her, she fell to the bottom, laying there for a moment, dizzy from the hit. Opening her eyes just in time to see the shark circling her, stalkering her as if she were its prey. "Circling? Not good." she thought swimming up to the surface. She broke the suface and sputtered, spitting out the saltwater that filled her mouth. Ana saw that she was only about ten yards from the shore. Eyeing Raph with a questionable look, she was about to jump back underwater, when the shark caught her by surprise. Grabbing her by the arm, the shark pulled her underwater, blood floated around her stunned figure, from its teeth sinking into her arm.

"What the-" Raph exclaimed, suddenly seeing the white turtle breake the surface. He was sure this time, it was a mutant turtle. He saw her being dragged down in the water again by the shark, rage filling his mind. The turtle had just saved his friend, she wasn't going to die for it.

As fast as he could, Raph ran out in the water again and dived after the shark, pulling out his Sai. He swimmed towards it and grabbed it by the fin (sp?) and dugged his weapon into the side of the large creature's head.

Ana was startled at Raph's interfirence(sp?). The shark let go of her arm, blood spread around her. "Wonderful." she thought holding her arm, feeling almost helpless. The shark swam away in a panic, quickly disappearing into the depths. Ana went to the surface, breathing heavily when she felt the air blow against her face. Coughing, she looked down at Raph. Swimming back down a bit, she mouthed a 'thank you' before swimming off into the distance.

amy had seen the shark and want to see if the girl called angel was ok she walked up and said you ok? i hope you didnt get bit ok

Raph smirked under the water, as the shark fled. He looked at the sea turtle, when she suddenly turned away and was gone.

"Wait!" Raph tried to call, only to get his mouth filled with the salty water, almost choking in it. He got up to the surface, coughing up some of the water. They turtle looked around himself, trying to spot Ana.

"Man, where did she go?" he asked himself, his gaze focused on the horizon.

Angel looked up at Amy, a bit startled. She was mostly confused about her even talking to her, since she was a mutant. But, polite as she was, she answered with a nod.

"I'm fine - thank you."

[-Savannah-]

Ana turned back around, looking at him questionably. She didn't want to leave with out some answers, but something held her back from going to the shore. Surfacing, she looked at him, shielding her bleeding from his gaze, HATING when people thought of her as a damsel in distress. Sighing she looked to him with her deep blue eyes, her chestnut hair stringy from being wet.

Raphael looked at Ana, as she had stopped to look at him. Her blue eyes had caught Raph by surprise. They were deep. And beautiful. He slowly got closer, not wanting to scare the young turtle away.

"Hi," he quietly smiled, stopping before going too close.

[-Savannah-]

-Oh god! Here we go! :P -

Panicing, Ana swam away from him, not going under but still there was fear in her eyes.

[Garou]

Raph's eyes widened, as Ana suddenly turned around and fled.

"Hey wait!" he called out to her, way too determined for letting her get away. He quickly followed her the best he could. Afterall, he was a good swimmer.

Angel turned her head to look for Raph, seeing him swim away. She would have followed him, but swimming didn't seem like such a pleasant thought after the shark, and her wings were still too wet for her to fly. She could only watch Raph go further out into the sea...

[-Savannah-]

Ana looked ahead hearing his splashing get louder. Wow, he's fast, she thought, heading towards the dock. Lifting herself onto the platform, Ana started running, her now visible see though red skirt frailing behind her. Running with quite some speed she ran across the beach, determined to get away.

[Garou]

'Geez,' raph thought to himself, 'She a speedy one.' He heaved his body up by his arms, when he reached the dock and ran after Ana. He didn't think of stopping one second... :tangel:

[-Savannah-]

Ana looked behind her, seeing Raph far behind. Not seeing the fallen palm tree branch ahead, she tripped falling onto her face. "Blech!" she said spitting out the sand, giving Rapheal enough time to get only a few yards away.

[Garou]

Raph watched the girl fall, feeling both releaved and sorry for the girl. He knew she would run again, if he wasn't quick, and so he ran faster to catch up with her.

[-Savannah-]

Ana grimaced when she used her bleeding arm to help herself up. Holding it, she backed away from Raph slowly.

[Garou]

Raph stopped, looking at Ana.

"Easy, I'm not trying to hurt you," he calmly said, taking a step forward and knelt before her.

"Don't worry, I just wanna help," he said, while looking at her bidden arm.

[-Savannah-]

Ana stared at him but didn't shie away. She said nothing, but smiled a small smile, trusting him finally. She still stood up, and didn't let him touch her arm.

[Garou]

Raph smiled, taking a closer look at the wounds on the arm.

"We gotta clean this up," he told her, "I have a friend that can. So, what's your name?" He was trying to get her to talk, if she could. He hadn't heard her say a single word.

[-Savannah-]

Ana took a single step back. She still didn't say anything. Deciding finally against being quiet she cleared her throat. "My name is Kawanaha, or Ana." she stammered, giving Raph a somewhat soft stare. Ana did not run away for she knew her wound should be treated. "What's your? Your name, that is?" she asked curiously, not backing away but taking a step closer.

your welcome amy said oh whats your name? cause my name is amy she then gazed at the sea after seeing a shark out there was no way she was going out for a swim

"Ana," Raph smiled, thinking about the name, "Well, I'm Raphael, but you can call me Raph... Everyone else does."

Angel smiled to Amy.

"My name is Angel."

[-Savannah-]

Ana, smiled weakly, sitting down. Tearing a piece of cloth from her skirt she wrapped it around her wound. Then standing up she started to walk away, feeling at her work was done.

Raph was right about to stop her, and he had already raised his hand and opened his mouth, before he stopped himself. The female turtle would obvioulsly not stay with him, and there was no reason to make her now. He sighed to himself, watching Ana leave...

Later that night [for my char and possibly yours :) ]...

Ana was just looking out to the horizon, her knees tucked up to her chest. Her eyes and mind were distant in thought. "How could there be another turtle? More incredibly a guy? I thought me and my siblings were the only specimens exposed to the toxic ooze stuff. Is there more out there. Hm..." she sighed, giving up at exporing the possiblities. She got this gut feeling that she was being watched. Not taking her feeling seriously she watched seagulls in the distance.

A dark figure roamed about in the darkness of the dense palm trees, watching. A sleek metal object was pointed at her, a small popping sound was heard. "Huh?!" she said suddenly, as a metal object whizzed by her face, "I'm under attack!" Ana jumped up and started to run. Gotta find Rapheal! she thought silently, running in fear that the same mad scientist that used her family to expiriment on before and after mutation. While she was running the figure, loaded his gun and aimed.

"Got'cha..." the figure murmured, pulling the trigger. The bullet hit her in the back of the shoulder. She fell to the ground, a drop of blood fell from her shoulder.

[Garou]

Raph had gotten back to Angel, eyeing the human next to her.

"Ehm, who's your friend?" he asked sceptically, which only made Angel chuckle.

"Oh, this is Amy. Amy, this is Raph," she introduced them, standing up to walk over to Raphael.

"So, what happened out in water?" she asked, placing a paw on his shoulder.

"You're not gonna believe it," he grinned widely back to the feline, "It was another turtle. I thought we were the only ones..." Raph told everything about Ana, while Angel stood a little surprised.

"Moron," she snorted, slapping him in the back of his head, "You should have dragged her along with you!"

[Jade Green]

Barely hearing the call, the stowaway quickly slipped on her human mask and wig. "Geeze..." She muttered, adding her shades and fedora to the ensemble. She slipped in line with the other tourists getting off of the Carnival Cruise and paused slightly to look at her surroundings. It was already past sundown in Costa Rica. A man behind her tapped her on the shoulder, "Move it, yer holding up the line." The female turtle in disguise complied and stepped onto shore.

Ah, it was about time Randi had a vacation.

[-Savannah-]

The man hovered over her body, laughing in spite of himself. "An easy capture." he laughed, gancing at a helicopter in the distance. Shoving Ana into a metal cage, the man signaled for the copter to lower a suspension cable. Grabbing the hook on the end, he hooked it onto her cage, and he signaled the copter to tow her off. Ana's cage was lifted, her arm unconsiously hung loosely over the edge.

[Garou]

Angel's ears perked, as she heard the sounds of a chopper. Both she and Raph looked up to see the cage hanging under it, Angel stretching out her wings.

"Looks like a poacher to me," she quickly said to Raph, taking flight to pursuit the helicopter. She flew as fast as she could, slowly getting closer to the cage.

"What the-" she gasped, suddenly seeing the turtle in the cage. She ducked, flying towards the beach but stopped in midair.

"Raphael, they've captured the turtle!" she cried to him, making Raph stare at her in disbelief.

"We gotta follow them," he called back up. Angel nodded. She would follow them trough the air, and Raph would stay on the ground, since he was too heavy for the cat to carry.

[-Savannah-]

The copter flew her to an expirimental lab, Ana grew consious but wasn't aware of her surroundings. Tying her with haste, the same man but in a white outfit, tied her tightly, Ana sneering at him, squirming to get loose. The man smiled, "Your as lively as ever, Kawanaha..." he said lowly, smirking. Stopping suddenly, Ana looked up at her, her eyes burned with anger. :evil:

"You! You were the one that expirimented with my brothers and sisters! You monster!" she shouted in his face, "Once I get out of here...."

"You won't being getting out, my dear Kawanaha." he replied with a sneer, "Once I'm finished my expiriments, my henchmen will kill you." Smiling cruely, he brought out a syringe. He shoved the needle into her bitten arm, and she grimaced in pain. Giving her the shot, he walked away, laughing in spite of himself. Squirming around, trying to pry herself loose, a man about 6' and a half feet tall loomed over her.

[Garou]

Raph ran as fast as he could, following Angel.

"What can you see?" he called to her, making her look down.

"There's a building not far away. I think the chopper has landed there," she called back, getting lower to the ground. They weren't very far away.

[-Savannah-]

The huge man punched her sharply in the shoulder, where she was shot. Yelling out in pain, Ana growled, flames literally filled her eyes with anger. "Let me go you big oaf!" she shouted figeting.

"Shut up!" he shouted deeply, punching her in the stomach. She started to cough up blood, from the hit, making her fall unconsious. A larger bruise formed on her shoulder.

amy then yelled i`ll take the jetplane and angel you can show me the place where you flew over to and hi raph amy looked at him another one like me a mutant she tought

A few hourse later, Randi had found what she thought would be a secure place to sleep during her stay in Costa Rica when she heard shouting outside of the building.

"What can you see?"

"There's a building not far away. I think the chopper has landed there,"

That's right, she had heard a chopper fly over a while before. The female turtle didn't think much of it. She had grown up around them, she peeked out the window and gawked at what she saw. Two turtles, a masked male and a female with hair (amy), but the female was running off and in her place landed a winged cat.

"Hrm..." She decided to go out the building back way and to the side of the house to get a better view of the two remaining mutants. Something told her that they needed help.

~Need help?~ Her voice rang through thier minds.

[Garou]

Raph gave a small wave to Amy, telling that they had heard her, as the kept going towards the building.

The female voice suddenly rang in both heads, Angel getting such a big shock, that she almost stopped flapping her wings. They were close to the building now.

"Wha-... Who's there?" she whispered, afraid she was getting mad.

Raph had heard it too, a bit confused. He thought he had heard the voice from nearby and stopped, looking around to scan the area.

[-Savannah-]

The injection wasn't medicine, as she had figured. It was poisonous gas that put her to sleep, and pretty soon would make her blood streams fill with the drug and into her heart and kill her. THe scientist had already done tests on her, giving her little amounts more of the toxin. Ana's non-moving body was limp on a vertical table, designed strictly for expiriments.

[Jade Green]

~I see that you two... err, three, seem to be in a bit of trouble.~ the voice said in thier minds again; moments later, a female turtle of the same species as Raphael stepped out. She wore a straw hat, sunglasses, a chest holter, a belt with various items on it, a holster on each thigh and... flip flops. "Thought maybe I could be of some assistance."

amy got back on the jetplane sat down in the cackpit and started the jetplane amy put her headset and flew to angel and raph was landing the jetplane got out and started hearing a voice on her head and looked and said hi there we are gonna need alot of help on saveing someone

Once the scientist was done, Ana was tossed into a jail-like cell, the man giving her a crooked smile and literaly wacko gaze. "Now... We are going to watch you die slowly." he said with an evil smile

"W-why do you want me to die?" she asked knowing it had something to do with the last 'visit' she had with him.

"Why you ask? Why? BECAUSE YOU RUINED MY LAB, PUT ME INTO JAIL FOR FIFTEEN YEARS, AND NOW... I have a vengance, sworn to kill you for good..."

[Garou]

Raph eyed the female turtle standing before him, as he stopped. Normally, he would have been surprised, but too many things had already happened. Angel slowly landed beside him.

"We are looking for a chopter that went this way," she replied to Randi, brushing off a hair from her face, "Have you seen it, maybe? It would help us a lot..." Raph slowly nodded to the answer.

amy walked up to them to the after getting some stuff out of the jetplane and said angel whats the plan cause we need to save her oh here is some headsets in case you need me for something ok?

[-Savannah-]

Ana gave him a stare that saw right through him. Her body started to quivering in the most unusual way. "Won't be long now..." he smirked with pleasure walking away. Suddenly, she fell to the floor on her, her hand around her chest. Deep, aching pains pulsed through her body, and it felt as if her chest was going to explode. "Damn him, that bastard." Ana hissed, knowing he had given her poison that would make her heart stop working, and would kill her if she couldn't get out of here and get help. "Raph..." she whispered as she collasped, the pain overthrow her and sent her into an unconsious state.

Meanwhile...

Raph and the others were getting close to the labratory, near enough to spot the heavily guarded door. There were 20 guards holding high-powered military guns.

[Jade Green]

"There's an odd base that way." She jerked her head towards the lab, "Noticed it while I was setting up camp. Probability states that the helicopter came from there. Probability also state that there are most likely going to be armed guards in a place like that." She frowned at Amy, "...and what if they catch the frequency from the headsets?" Graysight shook her head. "Take them, it won't matter. If we're going, I suggest we go now."

dont worry amy said they wont catch the frequency from the headsets besides we`ll just avoid the guards and i bet raph has a plan and if the guards spot us we knock them out and if tthey have guns well i got tear gas and somke bombs i when go on a trip something like this always happens

The man stepped up to her cell. "My, my, my... Seems the poison has already taken effect..." he said with a crooked grin.

[Garou]

Raph looked to Amy, shrugging.

"No, not really..." He looked to Angel, trying to see if she had an idea.

"Well, we better leave the guards alone," she stated, "If we could knock them all down, they'll just call for backup when they wakes. We better find a way to sneak in..." She nervously flapped her wings, trying to cool her body down. It wasn't exactly being a pleasure out in the sun, considered her long fur.

"Maybe there's a better way in on the other side," Raph suggested. He had a bad feeling, and at this moment just wanted to get quickly in and quickly out...

[-Savannah-]

The scientist, opened her cell, wanting to get a close look on Ana. He leaned in closer before.... POW! Ana kicked him squarely in the groin, making the man fall over, and groan. "I was faking it, ya' bastard!" she hissed, running hazily from the cell, trying to truthfully stay consious. Her legs failed her as she tried to find an exit, at the back of the building, to avoid any guards. She fell to her hands and knees, her skin coming to an unusual gray color. ~I'm losing my consiousness again...~ she thought, breathing heavily, ~I can't hold up much longer...~

[-Savannah-]

She quivered in weakness, failing to keep herself upright. She kept her eyes open only a luttle since she was losing consiousness. Falling to the ground, her white skin because an ashy gray, her eyes dull. Her breathing slower, and her heart began to pound, from the poison drifting in her blood streams.

[Garou]

Angel and Raph walked to the back of the building, looking for guards.

"Well, I can't see anyone," Raph muttered, scanning the area. Angel looked up, seeing an opening to a ventilation sheft.

"I try through their. If there aren't any guards, I'll find a way to open the door," she replied, sneaking up to the opening. Trying to keep her wings close to her, she jumped up and crawled through it, jumping down as soon as she could.

"Geez, they should make the shafts bigger," she growled, flapping her wings.

[-Savannah-]

Ana just laid there on the cold concrete, when the scientist came running. "Ah! My have you grown fiesty!" he said, with his crooked grin, a specialty for him.

amy was carefully walking to the side of the building hideing behinde a wall and pushed a button on the headset hey raph angel you guys find anything? amy said talking in low voice

[Garou]

"Nothing so far," Raph answered into the headset.

Angel looked around her, searching the new room.

"There's quiet here t-" she replied, suddenly hearing running footsteps, "Hold on," she whispered into the headset, walking in the direction of the noises. She looked around the corner, seeing the scientist glooming over a sea turtle.

'Must be the girl Raphael talked about,' she thought, carefully sneaking up from behind. Raising her paws, she sent a stream of electricity through the scientist's body.

[-Savannah-]

THe scientist fell his eyes wide open in shock. Ana was too weak to do anything except close her eyes. Her skin was still ashy, and her raspy breathing grew worse.

[Garou]

"A- Ana?" Angel quietly asked, kneeling down beside Ana. She placed her paws on her, trying to see if the young turtle was awake.

"Damn," the feline muttered to herself, seeing how sick Ana was. There was only one thing to do, though the winged creature wasn't sure she could do it.

'Alright, here goes,' she thought to herself, holding her paws only inches above Ana's body, as they started to burn in a blue light.

"I hate healing..." she hissed to herself, trying her best to help Ana, but wasn't sure it would work.

[-Savannah-]

Ana's body glowed as well, her breathing steadier. The glow only lasted a few seconds before her raspy bretahing and ashy skin returned.

[Garou]

'This is not good,' Angel grimaced, jumping up from the ground. She wasn't strong enough to carry Ana out. Running towards the door, she flung it open and searched for Raph, quickly finding him.

"Raph, she's in here, we gotta help her," she called, making the red-masked turtle ran inside as fast as he could, Angel right in front of him. They reached Ana, Raph's skin almost turning as grayish as Ana's.

Raph nodded, grabbing Ana and running out of the building.

'This is not good,' Angel grimaced, jumping up from the ground. She wasn't strong enough to carry Ana out. Running towards the door, she flung it open and searched for Raph, quickly finding him.

"Raph, she's in here, we gotta help her," she called, making the red-masked turtle ran inside as fast as he could, Angel right in front of him. They reached Ana, Raph's skin almost turning as grayish as Ana's.

"Angel, you gotta hea-"

"I've already tried," she interrupted the turtle, "Let's get outta here and find a way to get her well again."

Raph nodded, grabbing Ana and running out of the building.

Ana tried to speak but her voice was gone, from being so weak. The scientist stood up slowly, dizzy from the shock. He noticed Ana in Raph's arms, and he smiled in spite of himself. "There is no cure out there, only I have it!" she said in an evil way.

Angel growled, grabbing the scientist by the collar with her claws out.

"Then tell where it is," the feline hissed, "Unless you wanna see, what your throat looks like outside your body..."

He chuckled nervously. "You'll never find it!" she said with a sly, yet nervous grin.

Angel's grib got tighter, but then a devilish smile appeared on her face. She lifted on paw the the scientist's face, bringing out four, sharp claws, extended to their fullest. Slowly, she let a claw glide over his neck, leaving a long mark.

"Don't think I'm afraid to brake a nail," she threatened, as a small trail of blood started running down the scientist's throat from the small scratch.

The scientist cleared his throat, thin lines of sweat rolled down his face. "I-It's in my lab..."

Ana suddenly got heavier, her breathing slowed to a dangerous level, them coming out in wheezing sounds.

Randi, who had, as she followed ensured that all nearby guards found other things to be interested about and not realize the intrusion entered the room hearing the man's last sentences. She reached out and touched the man's forehead, and said allowed exactly where in the lab it was. "Hurry up, would ya?" She said to Raph.

The man was dumbfounded. "What in the hell are you doing?!" he asked feeling as if his thoughts were being sucked up trhough a straw.

"Taking what we need and leaving you with what you desearve." She responded. ~What do you fear the most?~ She loved asking this question, because even if they don't respond, they still think of it... even if it was subconcious.

"No, please!" he squealed, "Have mercy!" His greatest fear? Death. Did he think he was in trouble, I mean real big trouble? Probably.

The scientist screamed and wailed. "Please have mercy!" he yelled, trying to get away. He pressed a button in his coat jacket.

Ana opened her eyes and jumped up. Her moments were choppy and her eyes were dull and lifeless. She was being controled. The man put those metal stars in a case on her belt. She pulled them out, her eyes never moved as she flung them at Raph. Her spirit inside of her know this wasn't normal. She kept on thinking, ~I can't control myself. I can't do it!~

Raph was about to run for the lab, when Ana jumped and started attacking him. With a gasp, he jumped away to dodge the stars, but felt one of them striking his arm.

"Ana?" he called, looking into her lifeless eyes. He turned his head, looking to the others.

"Find the lab, I'll take care of her."

Angel nodded, running off to find the medicine. She went down the hall, finally finding a door which read "LAB". Opening the door, she looked around to see if she could find it...

Raph cursed under his breath. It was obvious he couldn't get through to the female turtle, atleast not this way. He jumped, dodging more of the incoming stars and the kick.

'Enough...' He jumped at Ana, grabbing her around the arms to pin her to a nearby wall.

"Please Ana," he pleeded, "Show me that you can hear me..."


Angel growled, searching through a cabinet, but nothing seemed to be what she was looking for. She stopped her search, looking around the room, desperation in her eyes.

"Guess I have to," she sighed, closing her eyes and raised her paws, "Keep your hands away from everything, Amy." Her paws started glowing, and soon the liquids in the bottles started heating up, one after one.

'There!' Angel thought, grabbing a bottle on the large desk.

"Now we just need a syringe..."

THe scientist reluctently pushed the button on the control, releasing his control on Ana. He smiled seeing Ana was dying.

Ana's eyes turned blue again. She swayed before crumbling to the ground. She was too weak to keep herself up. THe scientist was obviously correct, she was dying, and she knew it. She looked up to Raph, pleading for forgivness. "I-I'm so sorry..." she whispered, tears in her eyes, before falling to the ground.

[Garou]

Raph grabbed Ana just before she hit the floor, looking right into her eyes.

"It's okay, don't worry," he replied in a low voice. His stomach was spinning. He could feel just how sick Ana was, and it was killing him. Usually, he would have flung at the scientist, beating him up, but all that mattered now was the female turtle. He gently stroke her hair, praying that Angel would hurry up...


"Come on, come on," she growled to herself while looking for the syringe. She opened a drawer, suddenly looking down at the large needle. Her body felt cold, as she took it up, painful memories running through her head.

'Pull yourself together,' she told herself, as she filled the needle with the antidote. She looked to Amy, giving her a small nod.

"Okay, let's go back."

Ana's breathing stopped. Her body fell limp. Her eyes closed slowly. The scientist's laugh rang. "Finally! I killed her!" he shouted gleefully.

Raph almost couldn't breath. He laid Ana on the ground, a darkness covering his mind.

"You..." he growled, looking up at the scientist with glooming eyes, "I'M GONNA KILL YA!!!!" He flung at the scientist with clenched fists, as one of them connected with his face, and the other with his stomach. In pure rage, he let his fists hit several parts of the human's body. He didn't even sense Amy in the headset. All was black around him.


Angel turned around the corner, shocked to see Ana laing on the floor and Raph on top of the scientist. But that was just typical the redmasked turtle, and the scientist had asked for the beating anyway. Angel ran to Ana, grabbing her arm and injected the antidote into her veins, hoping it would work. To help it do it's job, she held her paws above the turtle, trying to heal her again...

[-Savannah-]

The scientist wailed for help but Raph just kept beating him down.

Ana still didn't move for a moment before she suddenly rolled over onto her knees coughing. She breathed heavily, her arm holding her chest. Her eyes were dark.

Angel almost jumped in surprise, but she was happy to see that Ana had awoken.

"You alright?" she asked, placing her paws on the turtle's shoulders.


Raph hadn't heard anything. He just kept punching the scientist...

"Yeah." she answered softly, standing up slowly. Her gaxe shot to where punching noises were heard. "Rapheal?!" she exclaimed, running towards him. Ana put her hand lightly on his shoulder.

THe scientist was puzzled. "Kawanaha lives?" he squeaked.

Raph stopped his beating, unfortunately right in the middle of a punch. His fist stopped on the scientist's cheek, when he slowly looked up to see Ana.

"Ana, you're alive," he happily exclaimed, delivering a last punch to the human. He gave her a large hug, "I thought we'd lost you..."

"Uh..." she murmured, obviously surprised when Raph pulled her into a hug, "Okay... Well Angel and Amy got the antidote, and... yeah." She smiled, but she wanted to get out of this place as soon as possible. It held... too many sad memories. Ana looked at the scientist, her face shown no sympathy. "Serves you right, ya' bastard." she grumbled giving him a slight kick.

THe scientist groaned when she kicked him. "Have mercy..." he pleaded.

"Not a chance." Ana snapped, revenge filled her thoughts with hatred.

Raph let go of Ana, noticing how she looked at the scientist. He knew that look. It was exactly how he looked, when rage took over.

"It's not worth it," he gently to her.

Angel folded her paws, looking down at the scientist. A normal punishment wasn't enough...

Ana sighed. She looked at the beaten up scientist coldly before she turned around and started to walk away. "Hopefully, he suffers a long and painful death." she said lowly, "That murderer deserves whatever bad things we throw at him, that bastard."

Raph nodded silently, following Ana out. Angel looked to Randi.

"You' coming?"

"I can leave on my own." Randi assured them. "Maybe I'll see ya'll again sometime." She crossed her arms and looked around the room. "And besides, there are several interesting things in here I can take advantage of."

Randi left the doctor with his new fear of a shadowy death, of any shadow for that matter, and silently made her way out of the fort... but not before grabbing a few things she thought she might find useful first. The guards, where now in thier own state of chaos; they realized now that these mutant freaks had taken down thier boss, and wierd things seemed to happen around the girl turtle with the shades, (mass halucination).

The female made it outside to the courtyard and casually walked up to the helicopter. Gunshots were fired, but the all slowed to a stop around the turtle as she entered the cockpit and started the engine. Before long, she was up in the air...

Ana just floated there, watching them walk away. She looked away before diving down deep, swimming towards a natural cave by the beach.

"You're still worrying about her, aren't you?" she asked, the wind grabbing her hair. Raph sighed, not looking directly at her.

Ana reached the cave, and pulled herself onto a dry rock, and wringed our her hair. She fell asleep right after, tired from all that happened.

Ana slpet soundly, the waves beating gently against the rocks soothed her. She was curled up on one of the sun-heated rocks, using her hands as a pillow.

The rope came down, allowing the two access to the copter. She waited until they were both safely up before she started again. "Where to?" She asked, "Judging by your accents, you live too far for me to take you home."

"Just set us off by the beach," Raph commented, somewhat back in the good mood, "Angel and I still haven't gotten that swim we came for..."

"Well, I have!" the feline grimaced, still remembering the shark. Raph grinned, looking Randi.

"Don't listen to her..."

When darkness fell across the beach, Ana awoke. Standing up, her movements slow and groggy. Jumping into the chilly sea water, she dived down deep, wanting to go to the beach to watch the stars... alone.

"Just set us off by the beach," Raph commented, somewhat back in the good mood, "Angel and I still haven't gotten that swim we came for..."

"Well, I have!" the feline grimaced, still remembering the shark. Raph grinned, looking Randi.

"Don't listen to her..."

"Hrm..." Randi adjusted her shades, "I think I might join you... after all, this is my vacation... then again, going back to that lab and doing a little research sounds inviting too..." She set the helicopter down on the beach.

Ana was already on the beach, looking up into the sky when she heard the helicopter not far away. Climbing up a small hill, she saw the whirring of the machine. Seeing Raph and Angel were in it, Ana slid back down to where she was, and kept quiet.

Angel and raph stepped out of the helicopter.

"Thanks for the lift," Angel smiled to Randi, "If you decide to check the lab, we might be here, when you get back."

Ana ignored Angel and Raph for the brief moment, her gaze directed to a shooting star in the sky.

Feeling a sense of loneliness, Ana looked at Raph in the distance, but looked away, her pale cheeks turning a faint shade of pink. ~What am I thinking?~ she thought, pulling her knees to her chest, looking at the sandy ground below her.

Her gaze drifted back to the ocean, spying on the waves colliding with the sandy beach, creating a soothing lullaby. Ana swayed to the soft beating sound, her eyes closed peacefully, almost hypnotized. Dolphins flipped gracefully out in the distant, open sea, savoring the last few minutes of sunlight.

Raph looked out at the horizon. He still wondered, what had happened to Ana, but - maybe she would turn up again. He didn't know. With a sigh, he dived into the cold water, looking up at the feline. Angel sat down with the water reaching her hips.

When the two were completely out, Randi gave them a salute and began the engines to ascend again. However, she then stopped them and stepped out. "Know what? I think I'll just stay here for a while... Came to enjoy the beach anyways, not the spoils of war."

Ana spyed on Raph and Angel from behind the sand dune, slowly crawling towards the water. ~Better not attract everyone's attention...~ she thought, sliding head first into the cool sea water, diving down towards the clicking signature sounds of bottle-nosed dolphins in the distance.

Raph smiled at Randi.

"That's the spirit," he chuckled lightly, obviously teasing Angel, who still refused to go further into the water.

"Heh... heh... ah, feels like home, with out the bull..." Randi was staring at the ocean, but her mind... "Are you going to join us, Ana?" She asked out loud, knowing Ana could hear her.

"Huh?" she whispered underwater, looking up at them. Ana continued swimming towards the dolphins, moving swiftly at them. Grabbing onto one's dorsal fin when she was close enough, her and the dolphin shot out towards Raph and Angel. When Raph's leg was at arm's reach, she grabbed his ankle pulling hi down underwater.

Raph had urned to look after Ana, when Randi had said her name. He scanned the horizon to look around, but what was suddenly dragged down.

'What the-?' he thought, suddenly seeing who was pulling him down.

Giggling, Ana grabbed him arm, and made him grabbed the dorsal fin. She clicked her tounge underwater, the pod of dolphins swimming vigorously towards her. Grasping another's dorsal, she looked to Raph, as if too say, "Ready?"

Randi watched from the beach with a slight smirk. "How many more are there?" She asked Angel suddenly.

"Turtles?" the feline looked up. She had been looking down at the dolphins underwater, almost drifting off to a state of trance by the beautiful creatures.

"Three."

The dolphins gracefully swam through the water with their riders holding to their dorsal fins, reaching the surface every now and then.

Raph had to admit it - this was kind of fun. He felt the streams in the water run over his skin, looking over at Ana with a smile.

'Cool,' he mouthed to her.

"Turtles?" the feline looked up. She had been looking down at the dolphins underwater, almost drifting off to a state of trance by the beautiful creatures.

"Three."

Randi pulled off her coat and walked into the water, next to the feline. "Should we be a little jealous that we weren't invited?" She joked, and asked a real question. "Why didn't they come?"

Angel quicky waved towards Amy and turned her attention back to Randi with a small smile.

Randi pulled off her coat and walked into the water, next to the feline. "Should we be a little jealous that we weren't invited?" She joked

"Hm," she chuckled, looking at the two turtles, "No..." Raph had deserved it. He always seemed so closed in the lair, like he didn't want anyone to come close to him. The feline was just satisfied to see him smile like that.

"Why didn't they come?"

"Well, one didn't think he had time and wanted to practice his fighting skills, another one was impossible to drag out of his lab and..." Yeah, why hadn't Mikey come with them? He would have loved it, and at the moment, she actually couldn't remember.

"I don't know about Mikey," she finally stated, her mind still focused ob trying to think of the reason, the party dude hadn't come with them...

[-Savannah-]

Ana smiled back, as her dolphin dove back down. Using a variety of tasps and hand signals, she motioned for the dolphin to do a little "trick". Racing down deep, then shooting upwards, Ana braced herself. She broke surface as her dolphin jumped from the ocean, slender body arching. "This is my stop..." Ana said, diving off, as the dolphin collided with the water.

"Mikey, eh?" Randi shrugged, "Oh well, his loss." She watched as Ana dismounted the dolphin. "Looks like the party's over... Where are you two sleepin'?"

[Garou]

"I think, we'll think of something - sometime..." Angel smiled. They hadn't planned anything. She simply just wanted to get to Costa Rica, and so they had done. Typical her, but that was another story.

Raph looked over, seeing Ana jump off the dolphin again. With a smirk, he simply released the one he was riding.

Ana broke the surface, smiling at Raph. "Did you like that?" she asked curiously, swimming up to him.

"Man, it was awesome," Raph smiled widely, obviously amused.

"Trust me, its easier than trying to hitch a ride on a shark." she said with a smirk.

"Hm," Raph smirked, scratching his chin, "I gotta try that out..."

"Oh I'm sure you would..." Ana replied sarcastically rollign her eyes. "Well, uh, catch ya' later." she said swimming away from him, diving back down into the ocean.

"Christ," Raph exclaimed, taking a quick dive and grabbed Ana by the arm.

As she felt herself being held by the arm, she looked at him confused. "What?" she mouthed, just floating there.

"Don't run away again," Raph mouthed back, hoping she wold understand it. Somehow, it all reminded him of Casey. Hadn't he followed him too? And it had proven to get him a friend, an ally he never that thought of - and he wanted to make a friend in Ana too...

Sighing, Ana swam to the surface again, waiting for him.

With a satisfied smile, Raph followed Ana back to the surface.

Ana messily braided a strand of hair, her mind distant at the time. She wasn't exactly stunned to see that Raph wanted her to stay.
