I just bought and read issues #1-4 and I have to say their pretty impressive. I picked up a Metal Gear Solid comic to buy instead*being discouraged that they didn't have either of the new TMNT comics I was hunting for* Anyways I was hoping to go home with something and the MGS comics had an art style I couldnt bare to look at so I saw the DS comics out of the corner of my eye. I picked them up and was impressed witht he covers at first *Then again alota comics have nice covers* I read a few pages and I was hooked. So I got all 4 they had. I'm not sure if #5 is out yet since I've only seen it mentioned on one website and then I read about issue #6 coming out soon so Im confused. If anyone else reads this comic please do tell me what you think of it, and if you dont mind tell me if issue #5 is really out or not?

Yeah their great! If you buy them though make sure you see both covers first. The color of the title tells you what the cover has on it. Red is male characters and Purple is female. I like purple ones best

4 just came out this Wednesday, so no, no issue 5. And yea, TMB. It's by the exact same creative team behind the godly Street Fighter comics, so you know it's beautiful.

Been loving it so far.

Certainly the best adaptation of Darkstalkers outside of the video games (the American cartoon was atrocious, the Japanese cartoon wasn't much better, the manga was only okay).

The art, IMO, is exponentially better than the Udo Street Fighter book. I dunno if it's the inking, or the effects or what, but it's just beautiful.

Did anyone get the newest issue? I just got it Wednsday and read it. I loved how they explain the backround on the Demon armor. I got cover B it just looked cooler. Next month is the last issue in this story arc. I really dont see much of a story building up though. So far all that's happened is random encounters and some fights between the preist and Darkstalkers. They havnt even used BB Hood yet or that Japanese ghost chick....or the Fish dude...or Lord Raptor...I hope these characters play a bigger role later on. I also hope I learn everyones name as well so talking about it will be easier O_O

Got to agree with you, there. It hasn't really been building up to any climax so much as it's been introducing characters. I'll be a little disappointed if Pyron attacks and gets defeated all in 1 issue. They might be taking too many tips from the awful anime OVAs.

A great back-up story in this week's issue. Visually, Bishamon is one of the coolest Darkstalkers. Of all the characters he looks the evilist.

I'm hoping they introduce my favorite character, Lord Raptor, some time soon. Gotta love zombies.
