Looks like another stupid martial arts movie with no story where people just fight to rap music the whole time right? Well the TV ads lie! It's actually a good movie with a really good story and acting to boot. Another plus is no rap music
It takes place in Europe, it's about a gang leader who raises a human up treating him like a dog. He trains the kid to kill when he commands it. Anyways the kid escapes but since he has had no outside contact with the world he is kinda like a 4 year old who needs to be taught everything. So he finds a family and it goes on from there. There is fighting in it but it's not excessive and there isnt anything fancy and totally unbelievable. There's really no guns in it at all either which is another thing I liked about it. Anyways I recommend it to anyone looking for a good flick to watch. It has a good message in it. So unless you just wanted to see it for lots of violence anyone who sees this should be pleasantly surprised

Anyone else seen it and have comments?

I suggest you do it's worth a viewing. You can check Rotten Tomatoes for reviews if you like. It got higher then 60% so it's a fresh movie. RT bases it's scores on other reviewers scores so its communtive.

The second I saw "Luc Besson", I knew I had to see it. His movies are always delightfully dark, realistically violent with a dash of sardonic humor. I'm gonna try to catch a showing of it tonight.

Though during the whole movie, I'll probably be wondering "Where the f*ck is Anthony Andersen!? I know he's gonna pop up somewhere!"

Yes trailers do no good mostly.. sometimes it better to see the movie full.

I expected this movie to be good. Hell, it WAS produced by Luc Besson.
