The nes Ninja Gaiden games were really good and well-done.. During that era, the cutscenes were pretty good..

2 by far is the best. The gameplay was an improvement of the first game along with better graphics and sound. I also loved using the Phantom Doubles. They were so useful in combat. The gameplay was intense and fast paced like the original but lacked challenge which was the game's only flaw. The story was also better than the first and was unique (in a good way) and exciting from start to finish. It's a damn shame that 3 wasn't that great. The story was pretty bad and the instead of being creative like the first two titles, the level designs were basically made to overkill you.

haha..its funny..because yesterday i just decided to download the -cough NES roms cough- of the series...

And i have to say 3. It just adds way more to the game. More moves, more stuff to do...better graphics.

I miss old school games...

I like the death music in the originals me and my cousin just hum that music whenever we watch a movie and someone gets shot.

I loved all the Ninja Gaiden games for the Nes, but my favorite would have to be the first one, because it was the hardest in my opinion and took me the most time to finish.
