Hello there, Gamefreaks and/or Jpop-addicts

I have been at a message board meeting this weekend and out of nowhere this weird guy appears with some games. And because we all were tired from the evening before (well, maybe that weird guy was there all the time) we decided to play some games. In the end, while some were doing other things, and somebody was having a shower, I took out Devil May Cry (the most unrealistic cut-sequences EVER) and put in this game with a pinkhaired girl on the cover.

Apparently, this game is about some guy's girlfriend who was kidnapped by some party or parties of unknown who also want to conquer earth. As game heroes have it, the pink haired girl who turns out to be a pink haired, skirt-wearing guy goes out with his two friggin' big swords to kill everything that moves.

Okay, I admit, this was sort of vague, but it covers most of the story. It's basically something like Tomb Raider (Hands up, who remembers that game?) only that you're playing as Lau and you use swords and Magic. Speaking of magic, Lau can, due to some amazing Gackt-magic, walk on walls and fly and stick to poles. It's a fun game for everyone who doesn't want to think a lot and just wants to see some really nice graphics and sweet moves (that resemble ballet-dancing sometimes). Gackt does the voice of Lau, which mostly is "HUAH!" or "HIIYA!" while fighting.

Has anyone of you enjoyed that game as much as I did?
And what did you like/dislike about that game?

And when I open a thread, I usually include some screenshots. And it's not going to change today. Here's some impressions.

I'm a big Gackt fan, but I've never played this game. It just didn't look all that appealing to me. Maybe I'll give it a shot next time I get a chance.

Oh, do it, really. It is totally sweet. I mean, Gackt can be Gackt as much as he want, I don't really care. And it's not like it's important for the game, but if you want a good game, not too hard, not too easy, tricky levels, cool optics and a nice gameplay, then go for it.

It has been a while since a game glued be to the screen allthough it is highly unrealistic. But hey, I watch a cartoon circling around four mutated turtles, so flying people and wallrunning isn't that shocking.

EDIT: Hell, I forgot/didn't realise, Gackt is not replaceable in that game. Play it till the end or do something special and then you get Lau's second outfit which looks like Gackt. So, if you want to slay Demons as Gackt then play this game and beat it, and then you can play as your favourite Jpopper!
