Hiyo,

what webcomics do you read - if you happen to read any? I know VG Cats or Penny Arcade are quite popular in here. Maybe someone's got a lesser known, yet still very good title to recommend?

Let me start - one of my favourite webcomics lately is "The Perry Bible Fellowship" (http://cheston.com/pbf/archive.html). Must admit I fell in love with it almost immediately. A strip thing that has no storyline at all and just a few recurring characters from time to time.
...and that wonderful upsetting/depressing sense of humour I heart. ;)

Haha, "A game of tail-touch will commence now!". That's great.

Vreakerz (http://www.vreakerz.com) - I just like the stlye.
Under Power (http://underpower.non-essential.com/index.php?comic=first) -it's all massacre and stuff ..and the humor is neat. :-)

Heh - these two are too long for me to read tonight. The first one has a beautiful drawing style and some nice colouring.

I read www.vgcats.com every week. It's one of the rare comics that actually updates on a regular basis.

Unfortunately, it hits low-points on a regular basis, too. And the author often times makes comics that no human being could possibly consider funny solely so he can update once a week.

And, of course, the tools on his messageboard kiss his ass and force their laughter in order to garner favor from him. But most messageboards based around a webcomic are like that.

The comic, when it wants to be, is really damn funny, though.

There are 4 for me. Perry Bible Fellowship, Penny-Arcade, PvP and White Ninja. I would also say Pokey the Penguin, but it gets updated very very rarely.

Nice. :-)

Ninjai (http://www.ninjai.com) is actually no webcomic, but short flash movies. They are very comiclike and funny anyway. "I'm sorry, I meant to cut off your head."

Duh... 3-month old thread... I know... Please don't stone me :dead:

Anyway, I really hate to start a new thread just to post a few interesting links.

Here are my recent lesser known favourites:

1/0 (www.undefined.net/1/0/) - conversations between the Creator and its creations
Chopping Block (www.choppingblock.org/) - serial murderer can be cute and awkward... for those who like a gallows sense of humor.
Copper (www.boltcity.com/copper/) - everything there is so perfectly done... A feast for the eyes and soul. God, why this guy has to be so perfect? :|
Tanatos (http://www.bumelant.com/index.php) - one of the best Polish webcomics in the net, one of a very few avalaible in English version...

I read Penny-Arcade, VGCats (which hasn't been funny for quite a while now) and "Least I Could Do" (http://www.leasticoulddo.com/index.php), a web comic about a sex maniac and his rather normal friends. It updates six days a week and manages to get the sex jokes done without getting too obscene.

I read:

Real Life Comics: About the life of the author with some fictionalized stuff. Greg Dean and his wife (altho they haven't been married long...they were roommates for years) Liz and their pet turtle, Leonardo (whom Greg wishes was a ninja turtle.. ) http://www.reallifecomics.com

O'Deer Comics: It's what Santa's reindeer do the rest of the year. Rudolph is an alcaholic, Cupid is a hot head (he reminds me of Raphael), Donder is forever paranoid, and Prancer is a las vegas lounge singer wannabe.
http://www.odeercomics.com/

The Adventures of Mayberry Melonpool: It's about these aliens who initially were stranded on earth. There's lots of time travel involved. So much so that the creator of the comic decided to do a retcon and start all over cuz it was too confusing. :P It's a really good comic tho. Mayberry is a sci-fi nut (Capt. Kirk is his hero).
http://www.melonpool.com/index.html

Zortic! is in the same universe as Mayberry and one of the characters is a brother to a character in Mayberry Melonpool. It's about this green alien named Zortic who won a starship on a quiz show.
http://www.zortic.com

Once Upon A Star: A chosen one who is supposed to rid the vikings of the evil Atlantians. His name is Star and he was raised by a polar bear named Polaris. Unfortunatly Star is a bit of a nitwit who thinks he's a polar bear instead of a human. :P
http://lonestar.comicgenesis.com/

Legostar Galactica: Star Trek meets Star Wars meets uh everything else done with legos. A hilarious sci-fi spoof.
http://legostargalactica.comicgen.com/

Neo Monster Island/Twisted Kaiju Theatre: Godzilla and friends have er adventures of sorts. Using Gojira action figures. This is an adult web comic. http://www.neomonsterisland.com/

Star Bored: Another sci-fi parody. Star Trek, Star Wars, X-Files, and several others.
http://oosterwijk.comicgenesis.com/

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi: An Awesome AWESOME web comic. Unfortunatly it's over for now till a new story comes up. But still. It's really good. It's about the PPG yes but more adult. Other cartoon network stars show up like Dexter (DeeDee is dead).
http://ppg.snafu-comics.com/

Grim Tales from Down Below: Like Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy? Well this is that to the extreme. Mandy is all grown up and married to Grim (yea...freaky eh?). They have 2 kids, Grim Jr and Minimandy. This is their story.
