what do you think is better Remakes or Originals?

some Remakes are better than the original (The Amityville Horror 2005
Charlie and the Chocolate Facotry 2005) but you can't beat most originals

Chocolate Factory 2005 was an overrated emo magnet.

But yeah, some remakes are close to surpassing the original, but not completly

Galactica could have surpassed the original if it knew how to be more fun.

Despite being commercially succesful, the Transformers animes suck and dont' come close to surpassing Generation One or Beast Wars.

its horrible that steve martin is going to play inspector clouseau, but kevin kline as chief inspector dreyfus? what the hell is going on?

its a shame, putting bad actors like kevin kline and steve martin to play those charachters, but a remake of the pink panther is even worse.

it was a pretty good reason that no one has taken over the role as inspector clousau in 24 years, no one could play the role better than the great peter sellers.
