Ha! God bless Geoff Jones, long time Titans writer loved the relationship in the cartoon so much, he confirmed that he would be "saying what we're all thinking...."

The cartoon writers have no clue what they were missing out on, although they did finally give Robin and Starfire their kiss in the origin episode

All I see is a little red x, but I'm assuming it's something I'd love to see.

Raven and Gar are gonna be a couple then? *does a little dance of joy*, I love this comic. I'm so glad I decided to collect it!

::EDIT:: I got the pic to work. Damn! I can't wait to see the stuff that lead up to that! This couple works, I hope it lasts!

yeah the cartoon did mess that up. raven has always cared deeply for gar. it only makes sense that this would eventually happen.

Hott stuff.

when can Beast Boy, Raven and Cyborg leave the Titans, they're kinda too old.

I'm digging the art.

What issue was this?

The cartoon relationship between Raven/Beastboy is what inspired the comic, is it not?

I have no idea how old Cyborg is, but he plays a leader and mentor to the group along with Starfire very well. AS far as Garfeild goes, he's only like 19. ANd Raven was reincarnated in a teenage body, so she can't techincally be called old either, I guess.

hmm, in the cartoon Cyborg mentioned he didn't get to finish high school. So he has to be older then 18. In the comics, maybe he ages slower he might be in his late 20's or eary 30's.

Raven recarnated as a teen reminds me of Sailor Saturn.

Depends on what way you look at it. A sorta love-thing has been hinted for years now. Even before the toon appeared. But, the cartoon could have acted as a catalyst to let that sorta love relationship finally happen.

In one of the newest series' issues Robin thinks (you know, the monologue-thing) something along the lines of "He is in his twenties..."

But basically I'd find it kinda hard to give an age to a Cyborg. I mean, he doesn't really age and all that.

On the other hand, we must take a look at comic books in general. Batman has been around for over 60 years, and Bruce Wayne still hasn't aged a day. So Cyborg, Starfire and Beastboy might be only 13. Comic book logic, you know...

Sailor Saturn was reincarnated as a baby who grew to being a teen within minutes. And she didn't need a cult following some kid to get her resurrected.

Ahh, thanks for clarifying. I was just asking, as I really didn't know, it was just my assumption. I really need to start reading this comic, methinks... Thanks again.

.

Some characters seem to age, like Robin/Nightwing, Speedy/Arsenal, Wonder Girl(Donna Troy)/ Troia, Kid Flash(Wally West)/ The Flash(Wally West) They seemed to have grown well into their twenties and have done things like getting married and even had some children. But I understand what Dr Doom told me about Raven and Cyborg. but Beast Boy still being 19 I don't get. He was around with the New Teen Titans but they have all seemed to have aged while he didn't, or very little.

lol, I won't dwell on it so hard. They kind of do the same with Jubilee.

David Slack reportedly continued to state in interviews that he wrote the two like a "married couple", but that the producers were heavily against putting the two together, wanting to stay close to the era of Titans they were addressing and changing nothing, Slack frequently pushed for the producers to change their stance on the two. And in episodes such as Nevermore, Spellbound, even in subtle moments through season four and "The End", you can clearly tell they were trying to push the envelope on it as hard as they could without breaking into absolute romance.
