A PS2-exclusive expanded release of Hideo Kojima's powerful and dazzling Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. For Subsistence, a new 3rd Person View Camera" gives a controllable, low-angle view of the action for a more intense stealth-action experience with the character. Also included is a new multiplayer online mode -- choose "Team Battle" or "Snake vs. Enemies" and carry out missions cooperatively or competitively. Expanding further with Subsistence, this package contains versions of the original Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake, the games that started it all (and have never been made available outside Japan). In addition, you can find a new Duel Mode, a Demo Theater, expanded Snake vs. Monkey missions and more.

I personally must have this game, not only because metal gear is usually
my favorite game, but because i have never played the original sequel
before, but that will soon change...

I really love Metal Gear solid series it is one of Konami's more incredible francise.

When I was borrowing a ps2 from my sis's boyfriend he had MGS3 and I loved it. It was well-done and the ending was really well-done.

With the announement of the 2 prequals I was pscyhed!!

the 2 prequal are the 2 true versions of the games not like the nes ones..

i did reserve myself a copy, and im having a blast!

the trailers on the dvd are worth having and the
classic msx games are worth more to me than just 32 bucks...

i cant get myself off this game unless im playing DRIVER

WOw...that is pretty sweet. Im a huge a MG fan and just the opportunity to play those older games on it makes it worth to me...cant wait!

Well it's been like a couple weeks since the game has been released, what do you guys think of this game..?

Also what you think of the MSX metal gear and metal gear 2..

Metal Gear 1 wasnt too different from the one I had played on NES,...

but MG2 is a brand new experience for me, its great and a lot of fun!

they did seem to change a bit of concepts like character names
and stuff like that... its no big deal...
