I refuse to hear any news or see any trailers, teasers, etc. of the movie. I want to go in and be fresh! I want to let the entire movie be a big surprise, may it be good or unpleasant.
Anyone else with me?

oh yer crazy
you gotta see the trailer...you know you wanna....
Yeah, I'm avoiding any further spoilers. I know right now is the basic premise, and that's more than plenty for me. Won't stop me from promoting the movie, though. ;)

You bet, brother. I've purposefully avoided any trailers or promotional material for the flick (aside from a few pics of the foursome) -- in my experience, it's always best to go into the theatre fresh and unmolested, so to speak. 'Doing the same thing with ROCKY VI, too. It's a way of life, I guess.

I'd watch the trailer, from what Putrescent said about the other footage if you watch the trailer you will be blown away as it is. And if the rest of the movie totoally over shadows it then you will enjoy it even more.

Heh. It's too late for me. I'm such a concept art junkie... and interviews make me happy.
Oh well. :trazz:
I've been reading that the first trailer for Iron Man might be with TMNT when it's released.
It'll be a twoferone for me that day, baby!!

Well, since this was released in association with WB, I feel that they make, perhaps, the WORST trailers of anything I've ever seen for their movies (though the Trailer for Jimmy Neutron sucked butt). I didn't even want to see the Matrix until someone showed me the DVD a few years back, and I really enjoyed it.
BTW... I pretty much won't object to seing the trailer on the Big Screen... on a small computer screen it doesn't have the same effect. Remember before the internet, and the only time you heard they were making such and such a movie after seeing the trailer? I kinda miss that.

Thankfully I have never had a problem with spoilers. Knowing what is going to happen from film synopses or movie stills (including trailers) isnt the same as seeing the film itself.
SLASH!!!

No matter how many spoilers for a movie I've read there is always plenty of things that surprise me.

Yes I found that to be the case with Superman Returns, X-Men:The Last Stand and Revenge of the Sith.
I refuse to hear any news or see any trailers, teasers, etc. of the movie. I want to go in and be fresh! I want to let the entire movie be a big surprise, may it be good or unpleasant.

Right here *puts up her hand*
As curious as I am about the movie, all I want to know is when is it coming out, where I can get the tickets, and who's going into that cinema with me. And anything else I want to see before then will just be the teaser. The trailer? Maybe. But I would be extreamly happy to walk into the movies just with that teaser as the only thing I've seen. I remember when I saw a big film, like Jurrasic Park, for the first time, I was blown away. I want to have the same feeling with TMNT. Therefore I'm staying away from the gossip, the speculation, and anything else to do with the movie unless it is something VERY major.
*goes out of her "I SHALL NOT JOIN YOU!!!" rant, grabs some ear plugs and sticks them right in her ears* :)
