Well, I hope the thing is plastic otherwise it's gonna be mega expensive. If the thing is life-sized it's still gonna be $20-$25 per piece. But it's bound to be less expesive than the Turtle statue set.

Well, there are several martial arts stores online but they usually won't sell to people under 18, and some won't sell to under 21. Also, there's a few states/countries that prohibit those kinds of weapons from being shipped there (like my own CA.) I'd suggest you take a class on the weapon, they have them for sale for you to use, obviously, and you can get training for it so you don't accidentally hurt yourself.

I want weapon to display not weapons to use so I will be happy if the weapons are real(probably not) or if there plastic I'd get em and you notice the turtle symbol used is the one for the new show

No TMNT power you can't by real sais till your 18 it also depends on which state you live in,some states you can get them no strings attached,some require a permit,others you cant even own them.BTW www.jonieuniforms.com has some pretty cool weapons like Shredders new staff thing called a Kwan Dao check it out.
