From the official site:
We've received a report that the new TMNT movie trailer from Imagi is supposed to be available at MTV.com starting a week from today. It's also supposed to be showing with two holiday movies, "Unaccompanied Minors" and, as reported earlier, "Eragon".

Raph's Girl note: Sooo... Starting Dec 8th it'll be at MTV.com's trailors page.... currently they have the first trailor up. So to see the trailor go to the following link and go to page 4: http://www.mtv.com/#/movies/trailer_park/

MasterSplinter's/Murphy's thread has spawned a lot of news for us TMNT fans. From Mr. Murphy, who has been gracious enough to camp out in a thread with fans here and inform us a lot of awesome information, and here is his latest:

Yeah, believe it or not there still isn't an official TMNT movie poster. We're hoping Warner Bros comes through by early December.

Meanwhile, I've just learned that the NEW TMNT movie trailer will be shown with the film Eragon slated to open in the US on December 15.

The movie looks great anyways ("Eragon") so go see the trailer and the movie and tell all your buds about it =)

I'm sure the trailer will also be added to www.apple.com/trailers the day of the release, if not sooner.

With this recent news I'm tempted to purchase a ticket for Eragon, sit through the previews, then high-tail it outta there and sneak into another showing of Casino Royale. :)

I'm sure Eragon won't be horrible. They're making a trilogy. That's pretty much all I know about it.

I have a good feeling that Eragon will be a good movie, so it's a wise move to put a new TMNT trailer out with it's release. Two birds with one stone, no? :P *runs around to get tickets from Eragon*

Has anyone read the books or know when the third will be released?

I heard Eragon is a fantasy story that uses every single predictable cliche you can think of. Most of the reviews seem to suggest that as well. I've never read the book, but if it is as bad as they say, how did it become popular enough to be made into a movie? I'm not watching the movie just to catch the TMNT trailer, that's for sure.

It was written by a 15 year old. He was 17 when it was published. I know two people that have read both books and they both thought they were good. I heard it's very graphic and descriptive.

What IS Eragon?Eragon is a typo for Dragon.

(It's the name of a young boy that finds a dragon egg.)

LOL! Yeah, Aragorn is the lost king of Gondor in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. (For some reason, his character portrayal in the movies reminded me of Leonardo alot!)

Also, in Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets, there is a large spider named Aragog. LOTR also had a giant spider, her name was Shelob.

It was written by a 15 year old. He was 17 when it was published. I know two people that have read both books and they both thought they were good. I heard it's very graphic and descriptive. And the second book, Eldest, was published when he was 22.

Basically, all the hype is over the fact that a kid wrote it. It's not quite terrible, but I'd pick it up for light reading only. Certainly not the great literature some of the fans think it is, and chances are it wouldn't have been published if it weren't a 17-year-old who was publishing it.

Though it's descriptive writing, by "descriptive" I mean it sounds like he was writing with a thesaurus on hand... some awkward synonyms and such. (It could really have benefited from some more thorough editing.) I haven't even tried to tackle Eldest yet, though I should. Eventually.

And upon reading some reviews, I realize that the plot has more than a superficial resemblance to Star Wars - A New Hope...

Definitely looks generic..... -_- I LOVE fantasy, but even TMNT is not going to convince me to watch that movie.

Writing a book when you're that young is only impressive if it's a GOOD book  I wrote the rough draft of my novel in high school and I was quite proud of it then.....going back and doing some serious editing, after majoring in English in college, adding a few more years of life experience onto it, and getting some editors....the rough draft is so much crap that it takes me 6+ hours to revamp each chapter into something worthwhile ^_~ I'm glad I DIDN'T go through with trying to publish it when I first "finished" it ;p

Fantasy is such a visual art, I'm glad it's finally getting some $$$ attention put toward the special effects but there are so many fantastic fantasy books out there that should come first....Anne Bishop, David Eddings, Melanie Rawn, hell...even Anne McCaffery though if I don't personally care for her.

Oh welll.....Thank goodness for youtube!

I saw the trailer for Eragon last week, and it looks pretty average.
The lead actor looks annoying, a pretty boy that can't act very well, reminds me of Anakin Skywalker.
The CGI Dragon looks good though and it could have some decent battles, I'll wait for a review first, although it would be great to see the TMNT trailer on the big screen, if it's on apple.com before then, well there's not much point.

I'd like to see a Piers Anthony "Xanth" movie...
Complete with nymphs, of course.

I never did get around to reading Piers Anthony, I've heard great things about him. I got sucked into Tad Williams Otherworld and never really got out of it ^_~

I wouldn't mind seeing Pier's Anthony's Split Infinity on the big screen. You know, the one with the black unicorn named Neysa?

Does anyone else have a problem with that site? When I click on any of the trailers it says "Copyrights Prevent us from displaying this video outside the US."

Well, if thats true, that really sucks.
