Who thinks that 4Kids should dedicate the morning lineup the Saturday before the movie release to so the live action movies TMNT and TMNT2:SOTO? Knowing 4Kids though they would edit the hell out of the first movie. However with this move anyone turning the channels that run across the movies that liked them as a kid would probably be pulled in to watching and they would see the movie trailers during commercial breaks.

Seeing this is a long shot with 4Kids maybe CW could run a 2 night event of 1 night showing the first movie and next the second or have Sci-Fi Channel have a night were they show the first and second movie (8pm - 9pm). Of course the Trailer for the new movie would be pimped out like crazy during the commercial breaks.

several movie channels put the first movie on every once in awhile. However, I do not know if everyone in the country has the movie channels on their TVs.

I would really love to see them play the first or second film on regular telavision again, maybe even have a behind the scenes look at the new film along with it, that would be great.

they play all 3 of the movies on sci-fi channel every once in a while, but unfortunately they come on at like 3 in the morning, lol so weird people like me that stay up all night to watch movies, end up seeing them and stay up later:lol:

which definitely doesn't make sense because of the fact that i have all 3 on dvd and could watch them at anytime...i guess here's ur sign

Unless New Line wants to danate the rights to have this done, I dare say it won't happen. 4Kids has never shown movies before. And, they aren't exactly thrilled with the way TMNT barely sells when they cheapened it. So, really, such a thing would be more trouble than it's worth in 4Kids' eyes. But, I wouldn't doubt Cartoon Network airing a movie or two in February or March or USA/Sci-Fi actually showing them during the day.

I really wish New Line would go ahead release a special edition of the first film, and make it available on blueray and hd-dvd, with a decent transfer, and those infamous deleted scenes. It would be a good way to sorta promote the new film. Although New Line has nothing to do with the new film. Its all Warner Bros. and Weinsteins and Imagi..and the only way they'd even do that is if TMNT ninjakicks the damn box office, which I hope it does.
