Good review. funny thing is while reading my mp3 player switched to "9.95" from the first movie. and now playing "Rockin over the beat" from TMNT 3. Anyway sounds like the movie is good but I wish every one would get over Bebop, Rocksteady and Krang.

It's great to see another person liked the movie. Though I can't believe some ****ing cocka-douches keep thinking anyone who gives the movie a good review is a plant. ****ing Retards need to grow up.

Ignore annoying people like that, their 12 year olds who most likely don't even follow TMNT. Their just there to be stupid and talk about how they haven't hit puberty yet. Kids like that hate movies like this but love crap like Resident Evil because it had boobies.

Well I'll say. Looking sharp if I do say so myself.

But getting back on topic, I hope that people expectations (by that I mean wanting it to be like the 80s cartoon) don't ruin the chances of its success. In fact, lets hope that works in its favor.

Anyone who is looking for the '80s cartoon with this obviously doesn't remember the first three movies well enough for me to give a crap about their opinions.

I understand that point but you have to take into consideration the fact that that 'anyone' is still a vital factor in the film's success. If they like the 80s cartoon, then chances are they'll come see the new movie. But with all these reviews openly calling the omission of Krang and the gang a negative, that doesn't work in helping the film. But overall, I don't think it will affect the movie as that feeling of nostalgia is still present. I think that's the film's biggest attraction.

This guy confuses the first film with the second : "after the scarring events of the turtles live action movie featuring vanilla ice, and the downfall that was the sequels that left turtle fans hanging up there multi colored bandanas"

Those movies were terrible. They didnt even try to get the creepy vibe the game had.

Hey, someone do me a favor. If anyone here is registered over at AICN, could someone please drop some TMNT knowledge on those idiots posting about the new movie. it's obvious they're getting stupider by the minute.

I would do it, but every time I've tried to register, they never send me my password email.

EDIT: nevermind, my email came through.

I went there the other day. Hopefully my comment wasn't among any of the stupid ones. :D
I just cleared up the difference between Krang and Utroms, is all.

I can see where you're coming from and throught of the same thing. However, I still think that anyone who was a big TMNT fan in their youth who wants to see this for nolstalgic reasons should at least remember the first and second movies well enough to not be expecting Krang and the Technodrome.

Maybe Angry Video Game Nerd's review of the third movie (which compares it directly to the first and second) would help educate these twirps.
