Chrell/Ancient One/Tribunal, their stories have been told. Hun/Karai/Leatherhead and especially Usagi have to come back. Bishop/Stockman is a maybe, depending on how they choose to handle it. T9581/Rat King/Vopahart Creature need a story too.

Ch'rell and the Ninja Tribunal seem to have received closure.

Karai certainly has a lot of potential left. Especially with Chaplin around.

I know that Bishop is a good guy in the future- but who knows how he got there? More untapped potential.

Usagi and Leatherhead definitely need to be around. And so does the Battle Nexus. A lot of potential nemesis can show up thanks to it.

I'd like to see more original stuff from the Vol 1 mirage series like the River Trilogy, Radical and Complete Carnage, Hall of Lost Legends and Twilight of the Ring. I likes the first few seasons when they adopted the old stories for one-shot episodes or small arcs.

And Mikey growth! He's learned lessons over the seasons, make it show!

Perhaps an introduction to Shadow (albeit, she wouldn't have the same background given circumstances, but I'd still like to see her).

Forget Sterling and all that crap, i have no interest in the FF stuff outside the Dark Turtles.

As for Ninja Tribunal stuff, it had it's run. Leave it alone, please.

More Usagi and Leatherhead would be cool too!

And of course, more Bishop. Pre-"Good Guy" status, he is my favorite NT Villain.

The Rat King is a definite must see. I also would'nt mind seeing Ch'rell return, as long as it was done well...Maybe a season ending three parter, where we can finally be sure he is dead. He was very prominent early on in the show, so I dont think it would hurt to bring him back one more time. He is an important character...being abandoned on an asteroid or whatever...is just lame.

Ultimate Ninja (pre-composite with Drako/Draco/whatever) and Daimyo; Usagi (MORE adventures in his world, like the comic Stan Sakai did with all four turtles there!), and though I hate him, Bishop.

Oh, and I really think that on the whole, HUN was teased as being something of a threat, one that could even rip off Bishop and escape unharmed! There's something to explore!

OH! And Rat King (2K3 version) and L.H. and Nobody and...

I think Rat King could be a good threat if they develop him right. LH and Usagi on the good side definitely. I think the Ninja Tribunal has been done. They've served their purpose. I'm thinking the same thing with the Battle Nexus a bit as well. But they could surprise me if they do something good with them. I know people have said Karai is now at peace bc of the Lost Season, but remember, she said at the end of the third season that that wasn't how she wanted things, then BAM shes a bad guy again. Bishop is still a bad guy, but it'll be interesting to see how the TMNT handle knowing he becomes a good guy.

For the current season I'll be happy to see them just home and re-adjusting to life in 2008 (they'll probably just ignore it but the time gap between when they left for the future and when they return would be a great way to introduce Shadow as April and Casey's kid).

Once the cyber world arc is over I'd actually like to see the TMNT progress like "The Journal" hinted;

Leo goes off training with the Tribunal
Raph goes out with Casey fighting crime
Don works with April towards O'Neil Tech
Mikey works more with the Justice Force

In terms of old characters/arcs;

Rat King coming back is a must

Bishop/Baxter, I'm happy with the way TLS and FF dealt with them so I'd say only if it's for a very good story

Hun and the Purple Dragons would be great to see again

Karai, possible but I don't want her as a villain again, that arc's been done. Same for the Foot really (as long as Karai is in control)

More in the Battle Nexus would be good to see

I'd love more Renet/Savanti (adapt Masks in some fashion, maybe even have Savanti working with Shredder in the past, that way they can bring him back without bringing him back)

The Tribunal's arc is done (but I wouldn't mind the TMNT's skill level reflecting thier time with the Tribunal, something it didn't do in FF), I'd only like them back if they did have Leo train with them

Shredder I can see them bringing back (his allies saving him from his prison) but I'd rather than be something saved for the final season.

As someone mentioned before, have Mikey have some REAL character development (not a one-episode-only lesson that quickly disappears by the following episode).

Make Karai the Hamato clan's ally again. From what I understand of the Lost Season she had been fatally wounded and the TMNT saved her, and she had formed an alliance with them to stop the real enemy after that . I'll admit, it was interesting (although, to me, out-of-character) to see her attack the TMNT out of grief for loosing her father in Season 4...but that story's old and no one's interested. Honestly, after what happened in the Lost Season, I think it would be more true to her character if Karai dropped her vendetta against them and accepted the truth about her father.

I'm not saying she has to be buddy buddy with them (although, I'd like her friendship with Leo to be repaired eventually), but at least have her be an ally when they need one.

I don't think the Foot would be the same organization the Shredder ran with Karai in charge, so they wouldn't have a need to clash about anything once she drops her vendetta with them.

It's a must have to continue the Bishop/Rat King stories. Bishop's obviously the replacement Big Bad (Karai wasn't even a villain, she was just an angry woman seeking vengeance), and I can't wait to see what they have planned for him.

Renet reappearing would be cool, I've always liked her. Think she's adorable.

Hun and his Purple Dragons are just kind of there, doesn't matter to me if we see more of them or not unless it involves the defeat of Hun once and for all.

Oh, and better writing. While I loved most of the stories for Season 4, I did feel that they had an awful lot of plot mistakes/weak writing.


Karai's attitude at the end of Season 3 vs Karai in Season 4. Before Season 4 Karai acknowledged that her father was a bad person. When he attacked her in the Season 3 finale, she looked angry. Then, to top it off, when the Utroms were listing the crimes The Shredder had done upon them, Karai looked horrified. However, in Season 4, Karai seemed to have pulled a complete 180 in regards to her father...acting as if he was some sort of saint who never committed any sort of crime and did not deserve the fate that befell him.

Utroms stating Karai and Chaplin would be handed to Earth authorities at the end of Season 3, yet in Season 4 they're clearly not imprisoned and there's no indication that they ever were.

The badly handled battle in the Lair with the Foot (it was great until the Foot had to kill the guys, that was so half-assed it's not even funny. I couldn't believe how sloppy the "deaths" and "confirmations of said deaths" were.)

I'd love to see fast forward concepts carry over. Give me some Dark Turtles time travel action! Thats something that has unlimited potential to carry through into some good arcs for the 2k8 episodes.

I second that about the Dark Turtles. I agree comic adaptations would be great if they did them right but they almost never do so I'd rather they just not even try and make more original episodes.

Well, let me start by saying, the one thing I DON'T want to see continued is anything that has to do with the Adlintians. I even hear the word, "Adlintian" and I'm not watching it. I'm sorry, but that plotline was long, drawn out, and the reason why the first half of Season four was repetitive and boring. The notes from the Underground stuff was great, but one or 2 episodes to wrap it up was pleanty.

But I do want to see something reguarding the loose ends left in FF. Plus, any storyline that gets Usagi to get another appearance is just fine with me.

Bloodsucker. Rat King. Complete Carnage and Hun. I want those dudes making an apearance somewhere in the next season. The Rat King should be able to actually control the Rats this time( I know it's like the old toon so sue me). Hun should become a bigger threat than before and become a threat to even the foot. Both the Romeros should show up there as well. I'm just ranting now...I think that's good enough.

I want both of those as well...But keep em seperate...the rat kinds recent tales issue regarding his origin was kinda lame...I like him more as a mystery...or in this case...his origin with bishop which I just remembered.

yep...I like the way they did that on the new show but at the same time I don't..I hate the fact that they gave him a back story in mirage he was much cooler without it.

Let's not have an alien invasion this time. Please...just...no more. We need some Karai development...definitely. And some Splinter development. I'd be even happy to see him gazing out a window in the future and talking to someone (probably Cody) about how he's afraid he'll never see his sons again.

Erm...maybe have Rennet back for an episode. I would love to see her try and bring Splinter home, only bringing the Dark Turtles instead or something of the like as maybe a two-parter before they get sent back to their own time. Also Hun, Chaplin, Usagi, and Leatherhead are a must for come backs. Nobody and Rat King are also on my list.

As for arcs...something to do with the permanent fall of the Foot Clan would be cool. I like the idea that while the turtles were away, the Foot Clan just crumbled for some reason and never rebuilt, cast Karai out of their ranks, and now the Purple Dragons are shaping up to be the next big thing. I'd also like to see something to do with April and Casey...getting married or something? A bit of a big step for 4Kids, but I think it might give Sterling some use. It kind of sounds like his territory, and will give him something to do to keep him from going insane...

Story arcs:

Maybe have Karai withdraw from the Foot, but still make them a threat. Even without Karai, they can still do damage because they do have the Elite and the Foot Techs as well.

Some development on the Acolytes would be nice, though no Tribunal. I didn't like them that much.

Bring back The Ancient One though. He was cool. I forgot to list him in the characters that I wanted to see back. My bad.

I'd love to see another Battle Nexus tournament. I love those.
