Play an instrument?

Is anyone on this forum musically inclined?

I am, I have a Fender Strat and I have played about a year now.

acoustic for now, but i'd like to get into a little electric as well.

I used to play the clarinet and the piano, but I stunk with both. I'm thinking about taking guitar lessons over the summer.

I used to be a doozy on the recorder, dabbled in guitar. But that stuff was too involed for me. I mean you had to, like pratice! Who wants that?

I haven't found my special instrument yet. I've tried the piano and clarinet, but those didn't last long. I really want to get into guitar or violin. Time to try something from the strings family.

I don't think I have the talent to play drums. I'm not very good at picking up the beat of songs. Sure, I can tell when the beat's slow or fast, but other than that, I'm clueless. I'm going to try the guitar and hope for the best :grin:
