I saw it on TV a few weeks ago. It was on at like three a.m. Anyway, I just bought it on DVD today. I thought it was pretty good...

IMO, one of the most underrated films of the 90's.

I'm so glad you made this thread:lol: I caught this on tv the other night too and I had not seen it in years. Really brought back memories. Definitely enjoyable, but a little hokey haha.

I saw it on TV and then saw the DVD...the one complaint I had about the unedited version was that they used the word "f***" way too much.

They're a group of high school students being attacked by aliens. I'd be saying **** a lot, too.

LOL! Especially if I saw my teacher's head crawling around with octopus legs!

It's a movie I haven't even thought about in years. But if I remember right, it was a good movie.

Yeah. It was one of Josh Hartnetts first flicks. Elijah Wood was also in it, as well as X-Men's Famke Jensen before she became Dr Jean Grey.

I never saw it in the theater, but later watched it on dvd, and ended up buying it. I thought it was a good campy film to watch.

Don't forget about John Stewart! Plus, it was directed by Robert Rodriguez (Desperado, Sin City, etc.) and written by Kevin Williamson, who wrote "Scream". This movie kicks ass.

I didn't know Robert Rodriguez directed it. I think it's one of the better sci-fi/horror films to come out in a while, probably one of the better ones of the 90's. That brunette actress in it is really pretty, I'm surprised she hasn't been in more movies.

Terminator/alien/football coach...a great combination!!

Usher was in it too...I remember alot of folks going to see it just because he was among the cast.

The blonde girl who ended up being one of the aliens....I don't think I have seen her in any other films. Her character did a good job of disguising her true identity though.

That's Jordana Brewster, she was also in Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning.

Was that the movie with Usher in it and it dealt with aliens attacking a high school? Haha. That movie was awesome! I remembered liking it a lot when I first saw it.

All I remember about this film is that Layne Staley sang the "Brick in the Wall" cover on the soundtrack.
