Some message boards I am registered to has an option when you create a new topic, it can be a poll, that would be helpful here.

Yep! Some more of the new features that will be in phpBB2 are: announcements, previewing posts, splitting topics, avatars, better "Who's Online" support (including a record of the most users ever online at the same time), usergroups, better custom user title support, and lots more...

Oh, that sounds like fun! I can't wait! By the way, Krang, would we lose our member ranks when you upgrade? Starting all over would be a major bummer. :sad:

Nope, member ranks and post counts will stay the same after the upgrade.

Totally bodacious, dude! Again, thanks for the info., Krang! I'm always amazed that you and Shredder actually respond to our posts. I've been to other message boards where the administrators could care less about what the members thought, or they would flat out ignore any questions directed to them. You two deserve a lot of credit for being professional and for having such an awesome site! My hat goes off to you both. :grin:

What if there are several people using one computer and all of them want to vote?If you're talking about polls in the forums (which will be available when we upgrade to phpBB2), more than one person can vote from the same computer as long as they are under different usernames. If you're talking about the poll on the main page, sorry, but that's limited to one vote per computer.
