Bleh. I'm in a bad mood today. I think I'm a bit frustrated with helping my mom on her business. There's SO MUCH work to be done...and I'm leaving Thursday. She told me not to stress out though, because she's not going to.

I had a lot of really icky dreams last night too. I won't go into details because they were fairly gross, but one of them involved someone giving me a ride home...the route she chose involved driving through this huge gross creature. We were like floating through these huge tunnels trying not to get caught in tentacles and sucked off course. It was really nasty.

I also dreamed that I'd been home several days and hadn't picked up my copy of issue #3 yet!!! I'm not letting that one come true! I've also had a lot of dreams about not being ready for my big trip to Italy. (I'm afraid that one may be a little too close to reality for my taste.)

Okay, I think I've whined enough now.

Thanks for the kind thoughts everyone! I'm doing much better now. I went out by myself for a while...worked a little on the shop, and did some shopping. I bought a really cool long black skirt! Its made out of big squares of different black fabrics. Chatted with the shopkeeper a bit...it made me feel better.

I think I might work a bit more on moonlight tonight too. I think it will do me good to spend a little time on my own project.

Speaking of chaos...I had a really weird dream last night!

I was an assistant to an artist-type who was David Bowie's murderer artist character from Outside. He had picked a woman to be kidnapped for his latest project and it turned out to be April O'Neil. I knew that was a bad idea...but I went along with it anyway. I grabbed her and sedated her, then had to restrain her until the sedative took effect. I think propped her up against a monkey Buddha statue. (At some point during the struggles she turned into a panther too.) We were still close to her house and of course the Turtles showed up to rescue her. They were fighting the "artist". I didn't have any weapons so I was attacking them with long silk scarves, trying to tie them up. Then I woke up.

I had such an awesome day!!! I was avoiding going to work to get my schedule because I was afraid they might ask me to work today...turns out I'm not scheduled to work until Tuesday!!! I have an actual weekend off! I get to spend time with my sweetie! We can go see Spider Man!

OOOooo...and I got goodies today!!! I picked up my copy of TMNT #3 (AWESOME) and got the three comics we were discussing the other day (I can't believe how much sex, booze, and tobacco, is in those issues!).

I later bought a Star Wars Geonosian Warrior action figure because I just thought it looked too cool. Then I went out to my Portland Pagans gathering and my favorite guy friend was there (he originally wasn't supposed to be there). We meet at Powell's bookstore and I don't usually buy anything...but I found an awesome realistic life-sized resin skull for only $11.50, and then I got a couple of great books!!!!

Today was just a good day!!! I was kinda out of it (traveling makes me feel out of sorts), but I really enjoyed it!

Well, sorry to blabber...but I just had to share my good mood! Hopefully its infectious!
