Its a difficult problem. Too descriptive can be less interesting, not enough leaves your readers frustrated.
I'm working on that. Though I'm more worried about a family member walking by and seeing what I'm writing.

I have my own room too, its just he doesnt care about my privacy. I have an old notebook that i hide my very first story as well as other things about the guys and me and a very strange adventure that took place. its over a hundred written pages, but i have to hide it from my brother cuz he'd wreck it or something...

You just have to know how to deal with him. Reverse psychology works well, as does subtle manipulation.

Well we can all relate to the turtles in one way or another. Oldest kids sympathize with Leo, Youngests with mike, middles with Don and Raph, and Onlies can imagine that the turtles ARE their brothers.
