Hot Topic Selling Old School Figures?

So, I just came from the official site, apparently Hot Topic is selling 3 packs of the original TMNT live action movie figures. I can't find anything about that on hot topic's website (or ebay for that matter). Has anyone (who may actually live near a hot topic store) seen this, or know what's going on?

They're selling the 3-pack of movie DVDs, not action figures.

Anyway, it's the same released back in 2002 cheap DVD box set that I'm sure everyone has 6 of by now. Things are so old, they have a small disclaimer on the back saying how great DVD's and their new fangled "Digital" quality are, VS VCR's on them.
