It's another Trading Card Game cartoon.

In this one people have little devices called Scanners, which can transmit a 'duplicate' of themselves into another realm called Chaotic, where they do the card game battling "for real" (in Battle Dromes they can become any of the creatures they have scans of). Meanwhile another realm exists, called Perim, where the *real* creatures the players have cards of/become exist.
