im pretty sure that D12 is an attatchment for road ready shredder.

D12 is an ooze canister that came with road ready shredder too, i think.

And i know that D14 is the mutating gun/jack that came with road ready shredder.

A7 looks like the time scepter from the 3rd movie
B1 is a axe from the trolls action figures, had the figure myself, its either the viking with riding Dino or the cyclops troll hunter (I don't remember their names)
B11 seems to be a piece of a toy flint-lock gun
D3 reminds me of movie 3 splinter's quiver
D14 is a ooze canister from either a mutating turtle figure or from movie 3 splinter (though I think splinter's canister is orange like the rest of his equipment)
E1 is a rowing ore from a pirate playset (a playmobile look-alike I had it myself as a kid)
E4 is a lego piece
E8 and E9 is helmets from biker mice from mars
the whole F set seems to be accessories from Power rangers, at least F4 it looks like one of the rangers gun

E8 is from Vinnie from the First Biker Mice from Mars Series

Part D12 is Devastator's head missile from Transformers (Generation 1).

A5 foot weapon for Breakfightin' Raphael (missing one throwing star)
A6 pistol from Movie III Walker
A7 Time scepter from all Movie II figures
A11 Manhole hat for Headdroppin' Leo
A14 Garbage Can Mortar Shooter for Dimwit Doughboy Rocksteady

B2 Bayonet for Dimwit Doughboy Rocksteady
B3 (this is a guess) it looks like the gun for Zodak from the He-man line

D4 The peg makes me think it is a missile from the Wheeled Warriors line. But I don't recall any that were translucent plastic
D14 Ooze canister that was included with many different figures. The ones with a sticker were generally with the Movie figures.
D17 Gun strap for a Sectaur figure

E10 Engine cover to He-man Landshark vehicle

[Blade Raider]

C6 is a GI Joe General cannon (the giant mobile playset from the early 90's).
C10 From Aladdin. It's the Genie's baton in human form (during the song "Prince Ali").
D17 Incredible Crash dummies seatbelt. It came with all the cars.
