Which characters would fit:

I'm trying to look for evil counterparts of Splinter and the Ninja Turtles and the closest that I can come by are Shredder and the Punk Frogs. Because, like Shredder has a lot in common with Splinter, the Frogs have a lot in common with the Turtles.

Or, do you guys think that Slash, Metalhead, and Tokka would be considered to be more as evil counterparts for the Turtles?

I actually don't know. I guess the frogs for the Turtles. Tokka and Rhazar seemed like they would be the two movie mutants in place of Bebop and Rocksteady.

They were named the same as their counterparts. I liked the purple turtles from the genesis version, but I'm a genesis freak, so I guess that's that.
