Yah i saw that site before..heh, love the site, specially the karate splinter page :teek: that figure owns.
Also there were so many toys there that i recognized from my collection :embarass: but not tmnt ones.
Well i guess when something gets really popular it gets bootlegged, over here i see it all the time, there's a lot of pokemon/dragonball z bootlegs, tmnt being another phenomem (sp?! >=P) i bet it got all kinds of bootleg merchandize too :P
There was another thread about this, here:

:D
I forgot to mention the 3 tmnt figs i have are bootlegs, they're pretty much like the original ones except the paint job isnt that good and there is no copyright text in the foot of the figures.

I looked through my boxes today and found most of my Bootleg stuff.

Ah, i assumed they did, and probably there's many more..
Believe me, when something gets overly popular there's a frickin' flood of bootleg stuff over here, it's happend with dragonball and pokemon.
Too bad i was too young to care all that much about collecting that stuff when the tmnt craze happend, but i do remember having a top with one of the tmnt's face in it (yes, a frickin' top!!) it had lights and stuff...i wish i still had it  but i think it broke.

Yep, there are tons more Bootlegs out there. Even Knock off Frog figures made to resemble the TMNT. Those were really weird looking things.

Hey, TMNTGal, could you do a close up pic of the knock offs in the box, and one in the bag?

TMNTGal - WOW! the ones on the right, the 4 loose, in the white, red and black jackets, I USED TO HAVE those. I forgot all about them actually. I don't remember where or how I got them, but I DO remember playing with them, and owning them.
For some reason I think they were on a birthday cake or something when I was little....
