does anybody know anything about the TMNT anime that the official web site has clips of?
doesn anybody have a copy of it that they could dub for me?

No, they mean the anime. There were three anime episodes made. There are a couple on http://www.ninjaturtlesnetwork.com/ on the Complete Anime page. I think they're still up. I don't know where any more information is.
