I'm sure if you list all of them, and charge fair prices, you will sell some/most of what you've got.

Well obviously I'm not going to charge someone like more than 5.00 for something like this, that would be insane.

Personally, I wouldn't charge more than $2 or $3 a piece for them. I have them by the hundreds. and they shouldn't cost much to ship. That's just me though.

Are they simply the bare card without ever being minted? Or just the remaining of the package after you take out the figures?

They are the remainder of the packaging after removal of the figures. Cardbacks that were never actually used go for crazy amounts of money on eBay.
