Custom Ch'rell/Shredder?

I was thinking of trying to make a custom Ch'rell/Shredder, but chopping up some toys. I figure an Utrom plus the 2003 Mutatin' Shredder might be the way to go, but does anyone have any better suggestions? Has anyone tried this out there in turtle-land?

I made one, I will try to find a picture for you...I used Model Magic (made by Crayola). You can find it at most Wal-Marts and Targets.

This is another project that I'm working on as well. Is your Ch'rell removable?

That looks pretty good. I was thinking it would be easier to recycle the Utrom from the 4Kids series but I could be doing it the hard way.

My co-worker sculpted it around a traditional Utrom and then I painted it.
