Custom's by Shuriken

Yeah haven't posted customs for a while but I decided to start them up a few months back. I'm sure some of you may remember my Tatsu and Traag custom, and I decided to do more Traag figures to make myself a little stone warrior army.
I gave each of them a few tweaks here and there with all distinct colors and faces

After finishing my Tatsu I wanted to make a Shredder, but I was too lazy to make one from a generic figure so I just used an old Wacky action Shredder. He's supposed to have a similar color scheme and mask from movie one, but with no sleeves.

Anyways what do you guys think? I know some of the lines are kinda sloppy and uneven but I'm fairly happy with the result.

Thanks. That's probably my favorite as well. Although some of the red paint stuck to his arms. Since there was never a toy made of Ancient one I wanted to make my own. So I thought to myself "where can I get a toy with a base that says fat Asian guy? so there you have it, Tattoo as Ancient One.

I really like these! Tattoo makes an excellent Ancient One, and I'm truly impressed by how good you made the Slice 'n' Dice Shredder look. :) How'd you achieve that effect on the faceplate, and how'd you get the armor to look so shiny?

I actually just used this high adhesive duct tape that's used to blend in with Air ducts. I took off the original armor and Made the gauntles out of the tape. To keep it sturdy i put a layer of bristal to let is keep it's shape. Then I folded the edges to make blades. As for thelonger claws on his left hand, they used to be the ends on a plastic fork. The faceplate also has the tape, I just used a sharpie to make it black in those areas and cut into it gently with a box cutter.

I'm assuming work in progress is gonna be krangs android body. I like what i see so far, crious to see where it goes, the base figure works pretty well.

^^ You are correct sir. I always thought that the 1994 one was too small, while the 89' one was just too damn big. I barely finished painting him all white and trimming down some of the details ( fingertoes, leg braces wrist gaurds. It's gonna take a while, but hopefully i finish before thanksgiving.

Damn, you stole my idea for The Ancient One (not that I ever told anyone). Well, now I know it'll look good!

Ha! Yeah I'm a sadistic bastard gutting him and cutting off a chunk of his face.I plan on cutting off his fingertoes as well. That Way I could add as much as I need to his "Krang Foot" without it being too big and out of proportion.
Yeah I like how it looks, but a little bit of advice, Chin reduction surgery is necessary since Tatto's chin puts Leno to shame.

Considering how short Ancient One was on the show he fits pretty well. As for the fingertoes comments I realized that it was a bit repetetive:lol: toes is what i meant.

Gives me some ideas for Ancient one.. though I might just make him a complete sculpt so I could make him very pint-sized.

He works fine for the 2k3 TMNT, but he is a bit tall, especially with the sandals I made him. I guess he works in scale for the Neca figures.
