For SOME reason we're getting another BSG series! This one about Ensign Will Adama called BSG: Blood and Chrome. Um.. so it's a prequel to BSG and a sequel to Caprica....yeah...

It'll air on SyFy late 2011/early 2012.

They're gonna milk this franchise dry aren't they? You know instead of trying to re-spark the flame why don't they try and revamp another series? Even better they could come up with a new one that hasn't been done before. I'm sure that would do better then some pointless prequel crap detailing a story we already know the ending to.

I've got a feelin g they'll be axing Caprica in favour of something with a little more action if this goes to a series, after all it's set in the midst of what people actually WANT to see unfold, the first Cylon war, COMPLETE with old-school BSG Cylon Centurions,...why waste time on some sappy Issac Asimov plagarising teen rubbish?

Here's the run down: The pilot will air on Syfy sometime in early 2013. HOWEVER we can all catch it early starting this Friday!

Starting Friday the 2 hour pilot/movie/whatever will be airing in 7 - 11 min stints on YouTube on a channel called Machinima Prime.

wow, i'd forgotten all bout this show. actually, i thought it had already aired and gone away. i remember seeing the pilot on sale at target like a year ago and i'd read that it was going to be a web-only series. i just assumed they crapped it out and it got flushed. cool, tho...i love BSG and i really thought caprica was a good show (which unfortunately no one gave a chance), but i didnt really have high hopes for this one. but screw it, i got nothin else to do...i'll be checking it out.
