1. Pirates of the Caribbean (Gore Verbinski & Jerry Bruckheimer)
2. Pirates of the Caribbean II (Gore Verbinski & Jerry Bruckheimer)
3. Pirates of the Caribbean III (Gore Verbinski & Jerry Bruckheimer)

These were done by Hans Zimmer. Guys got some versatility. He can go from this to Gladiator to Lion King.

No order
Sunshine - John Murphy
Dark Knight - Hans Zimmer
28 Days Later - John Murphy
Children of Men - John Tavener
Terminator 2:Judgement Day - Brad Fiedel
Inception - Hans Zimmer

I'm mostly into minimalistic scores but occasionally I like the big epic ones. Gotta make Danny Elfman an honorable mention. No score of his sticks out at an all time favorite though. As much as I love him all his music sounds similar. I always know when he did a movie.

Vince DiCola - The Transformers: The Movie
Chu Ishikawa - Tetsuo: The Iron Man

And, uh, I dunno. Haven't thought far beyond that. ;) I don't usually like orchestral scores.

But tonight I was thinking about the scores for RoboCop and The Terminator. Those could possibly be in my top five. I dunno. :o

John du Prez' score for the first Turtles movie is another standout.

Gonna hafta think on this a bit further.
