Bandai has created a page for their upcoming line of Thundercats figures!!

Totally getting Cheetara and the Kittens. I just want an individual one of Snarf. I hope they don't just sell him with the playsets! Im still annoyed that Spike is only being sold in the MLP Playsets. :/

I really just want the Classic line.

Aren't they also doing a 7 inch line or something for the New toon line? Or is that just the Classics?

He's set to be included with the ThunderTank.

That's the problem. I don't want the Thundertank! :ohwell:

I am only going to purchase the Lion-o and Tygra classics. I'm not a fan of the new stuff.:ohwell:

They are doing 3 lines, the classics, a 6inch modern line and a 4inch Modern line.

That's a surprise to me, Unca Iroh. I find it looks pretty Avatar-esque.

I doubt it. I see it as the new Voltron cartoon. Everything is screwed up.:tcouch:

That's funny because there's people from Avatar that are working on Thundercats. As much as I love the original thundercats, this new one looks so much better in every possible way. I'm just glad Lion O is no longer wearing a Women's swim suit.

I had a chance to go up to the studio and tour the production group with some friends. We saw a bunch of new footage, concepts and action sequences. Say what you will about the designs (I personally dig), but this show is going to be BALLER. 'Cats are on the loose for sure this year. Hard to believe it's all being done by (basically) 5 guys in a cramped space up in Burbank!

Anyone see the Classic Lion-O thats over a foot tall? I saw it in a comic shop yesterday, for $40. Too rich for one figure, regardless of my affection for Lion-O.

I've seen that. It's so crazy.

I have the 8" Thundercats Classic Lion-O from San Diego Comic Convention. He's a cool figure. I might buy some of the 6" Thundercats from the new cartoon. The character designs are neat, and I plan on watching the premiere of the new series on Cartoon Network.

I checked these out at the Times Square Toysrus and they were super expensive. $11 for the little 3" Thundrercats! :o They did look really awesome though

I saw the figures at Toys r Us today. Saw the classic Tygra and Lion-O. Tygra leaves something to be desired. Lion-O looked cool, but not for 24.99.

24? My friend picked it up at walmart for 16 bucks.

Wish I did. I'll wait it out. Walmarts around here haven't gotten Thundercats stuff yet. Those 6 inch new line figures look snazzy though.

Saw the 3 lines at our local Walmart early this morning. My wife would honestly be more inclined to buy the classic Tygra, as she was a fan of Thundercats as a kid. I only really followed the Turtles.

The only stores that carry the toys in my area are K-Mart and one Toys R us. My area sucks. So far I have all of the 4inch line except for Deluxe Mum-Ra and Grune. I also have the Deluxe Sword of Omens and 6inch Lion-O.

WOOH!!! Thundercats stuff is finally popping up here!! I went to Wal-Mart (which didn't have them when I went last Sunday) today and there they were! All the characters (even had 2 Cheetara's to compare with so I could get the best one *lol*). So I of course got Cheetara, Willy Kit, and Wily Kat. :D

In all honesty, I'm a bit less than WOWed by it. It's good, and an improvement over the original, but it's still no He-Man reboot. So, just wait for the DVD.

Pretty much will wait for the DVD. In the mean time I still hope it comes on tv in Canada soon

To be fair, the original Thundercats was also animated in Japan, and had a very 80s style of anime look.

The packaging on the small figures is pretty bad its held together with tape. I got a bunch at Toys R Us they are having a buy one get one 1/2 off. The 8" figures are sweet!
