The UK Kids channel KIX, which specalises in reruns of 90s and 2000s kids telly, will ride the current TMNT wave by rerunning the Next Mutation series

Hopefully this means they have the rights to air more Saban stuff (they DO air Power Rangers, but there all from the Disney era)

I'm looking forward to this getting released on DVD over here in America. It's goofy and corny as all get out, but it is still fun. Or at least I think it is. I actually enjoy a couple of the character concepts and would actually like to see them brought over to IDW.

For you folks in the UK hope you enjoy this.

I wonder if it'll be the uncut American version or the UKs own Hero Turtles.

They called them Ninja Turtles not Hero Turtles in the commercial so I'm guessing the uncut.

Now a better question is will they get the original music or not, they did use the old logo in the commercial but I'm guessing it won't.

On the whole I'd personaly say no but the show has its defenders who like it.

I don't mind the five episode pilot "East Meets West" and a few eps here and there but the show is riddled with weird comical sound affects, a severe lacking budget and reuse of stock footage to name a few flaws. If you can overlook these things you may like it.

I like it a lot, it's not a good show by any means though, it has plenty of flaws. However it is also not as bad as fans make it out to be and has plenty of redeeming things.

It's not a good show but it's not a bad show either. It has cool concepts bogged down by terrible execution. If you can overlook some corny dialog, slapstick humor and some lame plots you'll find a show that has plenty of original ideas, decent to great characters and when written correctly good episodes.

I don't think TNM is a "so bad it's good" kind of thing, it really is entertaining on it's own merit. Now We Wish you a turtle Christmas that is something I consider so bad it's good. Unsure about Coming out of the Shells tour, I'd need to watch it again but I think it falls in the "so bad it's terrible" category.

I'm in the camp that there is a lot of awesome ideas that got bogged down by bad execution. I think a lot of things that went wrong. It didn't help that someone thought it would be a good idea to put a goofy soundtrack in, or that they had grand ideas but a kids show budget.

Even when I was a kid, I hated that show. The only cool things that I liked at the time were the distinct bandannas and their lair's direct connection to the films. I hate just about everything else.

Watched it today on Kix!. There appears to be a new theme song played over the intro.
