Sup everyone, this is my first custom turtle thread so let me know what you all think. basically transormed the new Nick Leo into Slash. A little molding, sculpting, and painting. also trying to decide which new nick turtle to repaint like the SDCC leo so let me know which one you all think would look sick. Thanks

Looking good! I really like the gritty paint job you gave the figure. :)

As far as which Turtle you should choose to repaint, I dunno. If you want to outdo the SDCC version, I say do it with Leo -- since then you'd have a version that looks as cool but can also be posed. But if you're worried about joint rub at the shoulders, you should probably go with Mikey. Since his shoulders aren't as recessed as the others, I'm thinking he'd be the easiest to work with.

The shell seems lacking in spikes down the back but I could be wrong and it's just poor pic quality.

I like it. The face kind of reminds me of one of those TLC channel specials, where the man had a face that was swollen to like 10 times the normal size because of a tumor. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

But aside from my wandering imagination, it's a great figure. And for the figure to paint like SDCC Leo? I want to say Donatello, obviously, but I'd like to see Raphael done that way, too.

Good eye :teek:! I had spikes going down the back originally but in the end I chose not to keep them and just make his shell look a little more.... Beat up. Should I add them again or is it fine the way it is?
