As most of you are aware - it is not the easiest task to collect tmnt figures etc outside of the states. But, with some determination one can get things done. I am very proud to show you the results of my hard work. The collection is not staggering by any means. I have the first 3 complete series and then all the other figures that I really took a liking to. The display case had no downlights and had wooden shelves. I customised it to suite the collection for displaying purposes. Then I also had the perspex risers custom made and added the action figure stands in the end just to eliminate having to fix the figures on the shelves with glue/tape.

This display looks awesome in my living room and does not overwhelm my living quarters - and for me personally that is the best way to display the things I have interest in.

Thanks for looking and enjoy!

Ok I give up. How do you get the images in your post without attaching them like I did? I want to upload them again, but without having to make them smaller so that they adhere to the attachment file size restrictions. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

I use tinypic.com. Just upload the photo, follow the prompts, copy and paste the URL for forums with the [IMG] brackets.

Nice collection!

Any vehicles or playsets?

Thank you all for the kind words! My hobby is generally frowned upon by the people here, since its not such a common past time for a 26 year old I guess. I always get excited when people come to visit and see their reaction to the display - but most of the times they just say: "wow you have a lot of toys!?" followed by a weird expression

TMNT canadian - I thought long and hard about adding some vehicles, but in the end decided against it. I love the details and colours of the figures - hence me collecting them. The vehicles not so much. Mind you the ones we do find here are rediculously priced and getting them from the states is a nightmare shipping wise.....so I guess that also plays a role in me not collecting them;)

Hey Guys,

Here is the link for the action figure stands I used: http://www.amazon.com/Action-Figure-Stand-Clear-Stands/dp/B002RDJM7K

I like them, only thing is the pegs are a bit too small for the holes in the figures feet. I just filled the holes with some sticky putty and then it all fitted well. The risers I got made at a perspex factory - they are quite cheap, I'm sure you have a similar place in your area
