that was my face when I cracked him open... Got big plans for him... Time to execute operation jointed knees!

Were there any knees inside there? Seems like a lot of destruction for adding knee articulation. :trazz:

I'm sure you've got some other plans as well. I'm interested to see what you come up with!

no knees...

the figure is very resilient! definitely 'cracked' him open (broken pegs and all!)

gonna try to design him some new legs and recolor the whole thing... gotta match him with the other set of turtles...

You have a good start because the base figure is ugly.....

were you looking to just replace the legs? i would have kept Shred 2k12's hip joints and just slice off both of his legs, mid thigh, measuring for height and reattaching both with a chopped screw and superglue...either that or used Kneadatite/apoxie , but either way ive had great results when attaching custom limbs.....

also what materials do you have? micro Hand Drill, Adhesives, putty, tools? i also had to invest a little for custom work....id be lost without my rotary tool for sanding.

I'm actually gonna go with some different legs... or just add the knee joints to shredders current legs.

Your right though thinking about investing in a rotary tool for the little intricacies involved with this custom.

Feels like I'm digging myself out of hole with this one! Oh well big plans for this guy, now to execute them...

its an mpc1000

Nice, I used to have an MPC2000XL but got rid of it, now I am rocking the iMPC on the iPad. What do you make with it, hip-hop, dance, etc?

I tore my shredd apart as well...ended up putting in knee joints from a indiana jones figure...Now he has some decent knee articulation. I was going to do ankles but, the armor would have gotten in the way.
