How can i remove stains off of my Dogpound?

I just got the 2012 Dogpound and he has black stains or paint on his arm and paints, is there any easy way to remove these stains?

rubbing alcohol, paint remover or brush cleaner might work

you can try nail polish remover - VERY CAREFULLY if it contains acetone, cause if applied in excess can damage the plastic

If a chemical solution doesn't help try grazing over the scuffs with a thin sharp razor.
