Maybe the TMNT blind bags will release a number of show characters not made as full action figures, such as Justin? The My Little Pony and Despicable Me 2 blind bags do this.

I've seen 'em in Smyths & Tesco so far. Check the sections where they have other blind-bagged things (like the Lego minifigs) and collectible things, or the TMNT sections. Don't know how much, I don't really pay much attention to those kinds of things...

These seem kinda cool. They could also be aggravating if you keep getting the same figure. I wonder when these are coming to the States?

Here in Finland they cost 2,50€, but they probably end up being cheaper in states, since regular figures are 12-14€ in here too...

What about the possibility of us getting characters not sold as real figures, like Traag, Pete, Tyler, Karai, Justin, etc.

Blind bags (and boxes) are a good way to grab extra impulse purchases off casual fans, and they're also great for foreign fans who may not have access to the full toy line.

I don't think we're going to see a Justin anywhere because it was such a disposable plot device and wouldn't be worth his weight in tooling in any scale.

Although I LOVE blind bags and boxes, the figures in these are just horrible. Not worth my money IMO.

Anything on display next to NECA stuff is uncomparible.
But, Weeeeeird, this things should be in the states by now.

"In the video I mentioned I am unsure of release information. Playmates has confirmed that unfortunately they do not plan to release these in the US this year. They may be released later, but no word just yet. As of right now, it looks like these are going to be a UK release only. Bummer! Sorry guys, but congrats to those in the UK who can snag these!" - Pixel Dan

They look alright.. Not sure if I would pick them up or not. But they may not ever come to the States anyway.. Although I would be surprised if they didn't.

Just get some TMNT LEGO sets if you want some mini mutants in your life. They are cooler and, if you care about long-term value, are sure to steadily increase over the years.
