Do you guys remember that 2010 alien invasion film called Skyline? Well, Its getting a sequel titled Beyond Skyline, It'll take place right where the 1st film left off. The first film was made with a budget of 10 million and made 66 million worldwide at the box office. The sequel will be written and directed by the original writer of the 1st film.

Seems to be 100% a sidequel, not picking up "where the 1st film left off." Might be fun but... meh.

Yeah I thought this one was supposed to be during the events of the first one, just from a different perspective.

Maybe the character from the 1st movie will show up in this, since his brain is in the body of an alien, so maybe he will show up in that form in this.
