Will the Arcade Game ever return to Xbox Live?

So this is a long shot, but will Konami ever re-release the original arcade game for Xbox Live or is it gone for good? :(

Ubisoft released that game on Live, so not unless they get the licensing rights back.

I'm surprised Activision hasn't tried to strike up a deal with Konami for the old games, they certainly have the money to do so.
