Happy turkey day everyone. Don't eat too much to where you make yourselves sick; it isn't a fun way to spend the day.

Happy Thanksgiving, all! The food was good, the parade was fun, and now we're watching the Cowboys get their butts creamed by Philly. (Wait, that sounded wrong....) Go, Eagles! (I know I probably sound like a traitor since I'm a Texan, but I really dislike the Cowboys for their years of douche-y behavior.)

Back at'cha everybody, hope it was great.

Although I think we need a separate holiday that's exactly like Thanksgiving, but for people who don't give a sh*t about football. That way everyone can be included.

I wasted most of my holiday watching space cowboys (which defies everything I know about space exploration but thats another time lol) and staying away from foozeball.

I'm not really a fan of the sport, myself, either, but I get a perverse sense of satisfaction out of seeing the Cowboys get beat. Tony Romo is a big-headed idiot, and doesn't deserve the pay-scale he gets. But I DO root for the Panthers when they play. They've always been sort of an underdog team, and I like teams like that. Plus, Sir Paws is a really cool mascot. The actual cat, not the guy in the suit, LOL! They bred him a few years ago, and had a contest to "adopt" the cubs for a big-cat charity. Another reason I like them.

Football is the only thing that gets me through the holiday.
I'm lucky enough to have a Big Family. But this tends to back fire when we all convene. Too many screaming kids.

OMG, my cousin had the best spread at her place - mashed potatoes, broccoli casserole, 3 whole turkeys, sweet potatoes. I could barely finish my seconds!!! Don't even get me started on dessert!!!

I'm not a fan of football that much either. I usually have it on for background noise, though I do tend to support Peyton Manning as I like him.
