It may not be the best version ever, but feel free to give it a try anytime:

I highly recommend this being PC only.

I've never seen this before (with only one search result in the entire forum about it), but you can even try TMNT: World Tour by Electric Crayon Deluxe. It's basically just a 16-color paint applet with 30 backgrounds featuring the Turtles, mostly world landmarks. It's not much, but it could be worth while copying a screen shot and printing, and I'd especially recommend it if you have young children.

Good to see the World Tour is available!

I'm surprised these licensed games are legal for internet archive.

Yeah, I'm curious about the legalities of this as well... Obviously it's all in the clear, but I guess I don't know enough about copyright law in video games to know why - I'm guessing all these became public domain, or something similar, after a certain amount of time?

This is super cool, and I could easily lose a week to nostalgia-playing through their library. And I've actually never played Manhattan Missions (aside from one quick time at a childhood friend's house), so I'm definitely gonna check that out as soon as I can.

Oh man! I had this when I was 6 or 7 years old on my parents' first computer (an IBM with, like, Windows 2.0 or 2.1). It's just a very basic MS Paint fill tool kind of thing, almost nothing to it, but I spent ages playing around in that as a kid. I'm surprised anyone even remembers that, let alone made it available to play!

EDIT: And this is what a 31-year-old man does with a coffee break, apparently... :tlol:

Just... just giffin' it up, basically.

But yes - archive.org is a fantastic organization and service, and they really went above and beyond here.

Fantastic.

I'm so torn between my childhood nostalgia and just how warped my mind's become since then. Either way - so glad this was preserved for the ages!

White House security really is terrible.

Those are clearly the Mirage Turtles, which makes this extra dangerous.

But hey, they're better security than anything they already have, so just let them do their job here.

Any chance somebody is willing to screen cap all of the TMNT coloring pages & save them as PNG's for archival purposes & send them my way? I've got all kinds of rare images we could trade to make it worth your time. Holla~

This is nice, but how do you get past the insert number from "insert number from column _ row_" screen in TMNT II?

I think I can pull that off later. Anything specific you need in the image dimensions? I assume you want them all uncolored, right? And do you want the top and bottom toolbars trimmed or would you prefer to leave it since it has the location of each landmark on the tour?

TMNT The Arcade Game and Manhattan Mission doesn't seem to work.

in TMNT 2, The controls don't seem to work, I tried plugging my 360 controller in, It says it detects the controller, but nothing happens, for Manhattan Mission, It can't get passed the first screen.

Looks like the genesis games at least, and some old windows themes. Archive.org is amazing, basically.

You can still play TMNT and Turtles in Time in MameHub, Which lets you play those games online with other people.

Question: is there a way to turn the sound on or are you stuck playing it in the mute position.

By the way I did the World Tour Paint...gosh that brought back so many memories. I wish I could save the images though.

I saw that after I posted...haha. I will definitely use those.

What about the sound though...I know there's no sound for the painting, but for the other games...that would be nice.
