My brother used to use GameFly back in like 2008-2009. I think he cancelled it because he got rid of his 360, okay whatever nobody cares about that detail but

Why does nobody talk about GameFly? Should I get an account there so I can play some games, beat them, then return them without having to pay 60 dollars for something, or is there a catch to GameFly that makes people not like it? I don't really know how that site works, I assume there's a reason people don't talk about it.

They've had some interesting commercials. That's about the extent of my acquaintance with the service.

I'm a PC gamer so I don't know. My brother used the free trial for a bit.

I don't get GameFly's appeal.

Netflix works because you can watch the movie once or twice and send it back.

But a video game could take you months to complete, and even then a good game makes you want to keep playing... but you're always feeling a little pressured to send the game back to GameFly. Seems like that would hurt the fun factor.

I never used GameFly or any of these services, However, you can get games from RedBox too.

I used gamely for a while. It is great for a diverse and active gamer. But if you are a casual gamer (ex. Buys 1 or 2) games a years then don't waste your money.
