Please, guys, if anyone has any good song suggestions for running please share it with me. :) Recently, I got bored of my playlist so I thought of setting up a new one. What I found on youtube or in other song recommendations were not for my taste.

I don't really understand... wouldn't you just want to run to the music you like most/something upbeat?

That's true Powder. Only I can't find good songs which have a good upbeat and keeps me pumped up. The ones I find are old or have a crappy rhythm so I always have a trouble with the music I have my playlist on. So that's why I use my favorite ones over and over until I get sick of them.

Well...I have no idea what kind of music you like, so I'm kind of at a loss. :tlol: Myself, I use a lot of upbeat punk & instrumental bands. State Champs, The Story So Far, Leftover Crack, Green Day (their Insomniac album in particular), Animals As Leaders, New Found Glory, The Offspring, etc. But sometimes some good old-fashioned pop works too (I've had a successful run while listening to Britney Spears). But that's just me. Like I said, I don't know your tastes.

By the way, this would probably be better off in the Music section.

I listen to everything that's my problem. :D I use electronic, pop, rock, metal, kpop, indie... so basically I'm open to everything. But I love Green Day, The Offspring, Nickelback, Red Velvet, f(x), 4minute, Katy Perry but Skillet works for me as well. Still I'm grateful for your help.

Thanks everybody for the suggestions! :D

Pandora - Techno Channel. Works great for running.

This may not be relevant, but I also use techno to drown out loud-arses at work. We're such a distracted nation as it is, with email, facebook, twitter, and what ever other social media notification system you can muster. I find techno to be an equalizer, if you will. A good beat with no words so I'm not distracted listening to lyrics. Makes it easier to focus.

I listen to everything that's my problem. :D

I wouldn't exactly call that a problem; I'm the same way. Just not with running, usually.

I love a lot of different music, mostly all super upbeat stuff, but most of it does nothing to really get me pumped. I exercise almost exclusively to specific video game music, certain kinds of techno, or ska.

Thanks really much, everyone! I will be sure to check those out. :D Ok, I like everything but techno. I need vocals in my ears every time. That gives me a special kind of energy.

I listen to most types of music. I think songs by Nicola Roberts, Calvin Harris, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Jim McCann, The Corrs, Rachel Stevens, S Club 7, etc. are good for running.

Listen to Mew's Beach song! It makes me want to run all over the place and imagine rainbows are shooting all around me while I'm floating somewhere in outer space. It's perfect for that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sgJbm1g8f0

"All I do is run tonight" doo di doodi here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FTTvYiJEyI

And this one I like running and listening to. It's my favorite Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds song Y^Y So beautiful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NuxQUQaAe0c

I just meant that it's for Gordon and not the "Fastest Man Alive" :P

Understood. Still, there are exactly Zero scenarios that are NOT improved by adding Flash Gordon.

Try the Sonic the Hedgehog stuff. That's what really gets me running, especially the fast sneaker songs.
