Saw this yesterday at the only K-Mart still in existence hereabouts but wasn't willing to shell out $ 45.00.
Reviews on Amazon VERY mixed, they make it sound like it's for either 5-year olds or Mommy, who has never played a real video game in her life, provided you can even get it to work.
I'm not too demanding when it comes to video games, but do not want to buy total crap.
What's the independent panel of judges' verdict on this game system?

Neat idea. But the execution leaves much to be desired.

I actually made a topic about this last year:

Bought one used for $ 23.00, plugged it in for the first time yesterday.
I'm not much of a video gamer, haven't really played any since the NES and Genesis days of the early 1990's, but I really like the current Nick cartoon and am looking at this as sort of an interactive extension of the cartoon, not looking for a challenge.
Using Leo, I got through the first 3 levels fairly easily, graphics and gameplay reminded me a little of Spider-Man for the Genesis.
On the box, it says it's for ages 8+, I'd put this more at 6-10, older kids - or more experienced gamers used to X-Box, PlayStation, DS, etc. - would probably get bored pretty quickly.
I like it, hope it doesn't break too easily (seems fairly well made), or, if it does, there's a way to fix it.
The price I paid seems about right for the system with 2 heroes.
