After looking through the toy sculpts on his site, I highly doubt that's a triceraton. It's probably from whatever toyline the other dinosaur figures are from. Some pics:

Those do look cool, but I have one question: if it's supposed to be a TRI-ceraton, why does it have only one horn?
As for the Usagi sculpts, they're Space Usagi (Usagi Yojimbo's future-descendant) and his buddy, Rhogen. They're toy sculpts from a line of Space Usagi action figures that unfortunately never was. There was also supposed to be a TV show, but the plans fell through.

Yeah, those arn't Triceraton figures. I remember hearing about this line that new was ages ago. But for the life of me, I have no clue what it was called now. You may want to e-mail him and ask. :)

sorr I guess then
it does look allot like a triceraton though the gun and all...I still think it is one
but I know those other dinos are from the old book comandosaurs
and thanks for the info about the usagi show and line I never knew that
it's a shame these cool shows and toys never see the light of day
like I remeber there being talks of a Might Mutanimals show
that would have been so awsome...
I honestly miss some of the old mutants fomr the archie series....
I'm sorry so many feal so stronglt against all of the interesting mutants and aliens people thought up...
I'm glad mr. dooney is getting some well deserved appreciation in this thred though...
thanks for the chat guys

I agree with you there. It makes me mad that just because the people who wrote the old series got carried away with the random mutants, all the cool ones have to be disreguarded like that.

::looks at picture:: Oh, that's a Monoclonius, a dinosaur that's in the same family as the Triceratops & the Protoceratops. Very cool sculpt though.

Really? Awesome, sucks nothing happened though, animal people figures are always cool. 8)

They look cool though, like semi-humanoid dinosaurs & stuff.
While I was looking at his site I saw 2 other sculptures that caught my eye. Back when Peter Laird was still doing his "Blast from the Past" thing on his website (he hasn't done any updates in a long time & the link to the site has since be removed from the front page of ninjaturtles.com) I remember him posting a drawing he did of Donatello fighting with some sort of bear-mutant. The text above the drawing said that the bear was named "Frostbyte" & was from a line of toys that he & a few other people (Michael Dooney was one of them I think) were thinking about doing called "the Barbearians". Michael Dooney has 2 sculpts of these guys on his site it looks like. Here's one of them whose name I don't know:
http://www.michaeldooney.com/images/SCLPT/mlt.JPG
This one is Frostbyte, as he matches the character depicted in the drawing:

Oh & here's the picture of the drawing for those who didn't see it:

I loved all of those mutants in the old toyline & stuff. That's one of the main reason I collected TMNT as a kid. I had jsut about every character they made with the exceptions of a few (namely the rare ones, or the boring human figures  ). I hope the new toyline makes up some toyline-only characters cause I'd love to get some new alien/robot/ or mutant animal TMNT guys.
Hey, maybe someone should make up a toyline of just mutant animals, & have them be in scale with either the original TMNT toyline or the new TMNT toyline. This way all of us mutant lovers could get new characters to add into our collections & they'd fit in cause they've be in the right scale as the TMNT guys! :D
I agree with you there. It makes me mad that just because the people who wrote the old series got carried away with the random mutants, all the cool ones have to be disreguarded like that.
Yeah, that bites. I want more mutants in the new toyline! :( That's what TMNT has always been about: ninjas, aliens, mutant animals & sometimes robots. You keep those 3 or 4 things in the toyline & nothing but good stuff will happen.
Hmmmm...maybe then I'll be finally made into a figure. Heh heh heh...

Yeah, I would have totally bought these if they were toys.
Man, those look sweet.
Yeah, they look totally awesome. I'm surprised the old TMNT toyline never had a mutant bear or something in it (besides Panda Khan, although I think he was an alien that lookedl like a Panda bear).
 man, i would love to have some the Barbearians, it such a cool idea!
Yeah, they are a very cool idea. I guess the closest thing we'll ever get to these will be those Bearriors toys coming out sometime in the future. I think a company called topphattoys is making them, not sure though.
It always sucks when cool toys never get made, especially if they're anthropomorphic bear barbearians. :(
