Since the 90s Tmnt films were produced by Golden Harvest, it was inevitable that Golden Harvest would release a Cantonese dub theatrically throughout the Hong Kong and Macau region. They hired Beyond, a popular local Hong Kong rock band to voice the turtles. Raphael was voiced by the late Wong Ka-Kui, known for writing some of the band's greatest tracks including Amani, Grey Border, and etc. Sadly, he passed away while on tour in Japan back in the early 90s. Here is a rare video clip of Beyond recording their lines in the recording booth for TMNT2: THE Secret of the Ooze.

Wow, talk about a rare find! Wish I understood what they were saying. Very cool to see the turtles in Cantonese, though. Thanks for sharing!

Seems this particular dub has been uploaded in segments on youtube:

They even changed the "forgiveness is divine" line. Lol!
